Looks nice, I used the same process on my 65 SS 396 Impala convertible many years ago but sprayed Deltron on it then Chroma One on exterior. Keep rolling......

When spraying base then clear on frame and bottom of car and frame does it hold up against chips?

No. It will chip just like the body would. Same paint. Spray on bedliner is the best for the undercarriage for chip resistance.
