    Saw John on stage at Dreamforce back in '16 or '17 and thought "wow, why can't we get that sort of training in our industry (building glass back then)". His approach makes tons of sense for sellers in SaaS and pretty much any other enterprise business. Great you could invite him for this chat! so much value for sellers!
