Berkali-kali NM menjelaskan tentang ketakutannya mengenai, sejauh mana dia dapat menjaga business ethics, moral compass, yang bermuara kepada bagaimana menyelaraskan kebutuhan investor dan organisasi akan profit atau growth dari sudut pandang bisnis (cashflow yang sehat, rasio opex/beban operasional yang masih masuk akal dalam menghasilkan keuntungan/profit) dengan kebutuhan pekerja informal dalam mencari uang dari platform gojek. Dan ketakutan itu menjadi nyata dgn ditutupnya salah dua dari layanan yg ada diplatform gojek krn pandemi, dan banyak pekerja informal dengan seketika kehilangan pekerjaan mereka. Ini yang dimaksud NM “too big to fail”, bukan krn resiko kerugian perusahaan tapi lebih ke beban sosial kepada salah satu stakeholder platform yaitu pekerja informal, dimana mereka mencari uang pada hari itu untuk dapat makan pada hari itu juga. Ah panjang sekali dan terlalu serius komen nya, tapi niat seorang NM utk mendelivery social impact to society sangat terasa begitu tulus. You’re a good man NM!

@@adityarifqi5286 keknya sih udah cuan. Soalnya promo mereka skrg kan periodik, gak setiap waktu lagi. Jumlah trip utk dapeting bonus jga mereka tambah. Ya agak kasian ke drivernya sih tapi kalo ga gitu ga bakalan make money jg.

@@TamacageMusic mungkin begitu kalo emang udh cuan harusnya tahun dpn mereka udh IPO kemungkinan besar kalo emang misal udh cuan, tapi sy fikir kalo soal udh cuan ga bisa 100% bisa di liat dari PROMO deh. Itu bisa juga ke alasan "DANA BAKAR DUIT" nya mereka udh limit atau udh sampe titik batas yg udh di tentuin. kalo untuk growth bisnisnya sih sudah berhasil, tapi untuk profit blm jelas kabarnya.

@@evisstory80 me myself have no problem with English i use it everyday for overseas colleagues but this is indonesia event from indonesia philanthropy company..both speakers are also indonesian I just don't get it why speak English for foreigners while we need to educate our own people you know... some of the best individuals refuse to speak English in their own mother land... they encourage international to know more about their language and culture

Itu artinya mereka memahami kontennya, even menggunakan English. Benar kata Gita Wirjawan, negara yang sekarang menjadi primadona seperti Korea Selatan, China, Thailand, Jepang, atau negara Asia lainnya India, mereka dulunya sama seperti kita, tidak concern terhadap kemampuan Bahasa Inggris nya, tapi sekarang mereka justru mengencourage dirinya sendiri terutama tokoh, artis atau influencer untuk berbicara di media digital dengan English, karena itu akan memudahkan mereka menjadi dilirik dan maju di dunia internasional. Apalagi Indonesia termasuk salah satu negara yang bahasanya tidak begitu diminati untuk dipelajari. Bagaimana mungkin orang asing bisa mengerti budaya kita jika kita berbicara hanya dg Bahasa Indonesia, kalau kita menunggu orang asing belajar dulu behasa kita untuk mengerti budaya kita, it Will take time too long. Mencintai Indonesia tidak harus diartikan selalu menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia karena itu tidak relevan di jaman digital. Justru seharusnya penduduk Indonesia didorong untuk menggunakan Bahasa Inggris sebagai senjata market. CARA BELAJAR BAHASA INGGRIS SEBAGAI BAHASA INTERNASIONAL YANG EFEKTIF ADALAH MENGGUNAKAN BAHASA ITU SESERING MUNGKIN. Beberapa channel yg notabene bukan milik Indonesia banyak yg mengangkat konten tentang Indonesia. Dan kamu tau? Konten itu akhirnya dilihat dan dikomen oleh bukan hanya orang Indonesia. Semua itu karena faktor bahasa.

indonesia memang laboraturium yg sangat lengkap utk melihat seluruh masalah sosial, politik dan budaya yg ada di dunia dalam area yg cukup kompak...algoritma...computer ternyata alat yg mampu mengatasi masalah2 tsb....satu contoh gojek berhasil mengurai salah satu masalah ini ...tp spt pd pemilu ternyta tdk mampu mengatasi ...malah menjadi masalah utamanya...manusia tetap unsur utama keberhasilan nya...

Selama gua kerja, di pikiran gua seorang CEO itu kesan nya, memaksakan karyawan untuk bekerja mencapai target, di paksa kerja rodi dan ga pernah memikirkan bagaimana psikologi seorang pekerja ketika sdh bekerja keras, sdh achived tpi ga ada penghargaan sama sekali, dan di PHK ketika perusahaan nya pailit, atau bankrupt. Berbeda dengan CEO gojek ini, smpe sedalam itu mikirin sikologi karyawanya. Dia memang the real leader. Dia mimpin Gojek, dia bawa harapan rakyat kecil, sekaligus mensejahterakan rakyat kecil. Pantes aja klo gojek jdi unicorn ga kebayang doa mereka para mitra dan karyawan gojek yg jumlahnya jutaan di ijaba Tuhan.

@@pramudyaksatriabudiman9806 true, dia lebih nyaman pake english sepertinya. kalimatnya jg lebih bagus dan vocabnya super canggih kalo pake english. and level cerdasnya pun dengan Gita wirjawan tu sepadan. waktu sama deddy terlalu dipaksakan sama deddy tuk santai, which I am glad Nadiem choose to stay "collected"... bravo to Nadiem!
