Thank you so much for watching and the positive comment. I believe Space City is located on an island in the South Pacific, which would explain the warm weather & the beach house. As for Venus, my wife told me if she was in her 30s & had a body like Venus and lived in a Beach House she would be dancing around in a string bikini too.

I recall from the stories in TV21 Magazine that Space City was on an island; I don't know if it was Bermuda, Like Unity City (the capital of the World Government); is Bermuda big enough for two cities?

My wife replied that if she was in her early 30s, lived in a beach house and had a body like Venus she too would be dancing in a skimpy bikini.

Thank you Mike for watching. It means a great deal to me. I can't thank you enough for the positive write up back in 2017 of my first episode PLANET 46 in Mike Cane's Atomic Supermen. If not for that review, I'm not sure how many viewers would ever have seen it on KZread. As you say the remakes have gone through an evolution over the past three years. My goal is to make each episode better than the last. Glad you like the full episode format over splitting it in parts. Thank you so much again and have a great 2021.

venus is a bit of a hottie! i like the re-imagining of the original story. there's more than meets the eye between steve and venus - this was followed up with the triangle relationship between troy, atlanta and marina. xl5 was always a favourite of mine and i like these animations. the flightline of the rocket looks well imagined. good stuff!

My motivation for putting Venus in that bathing suit was a song I remember from 1960 called "Itsy Bitsy Teenie Weenie Yellow Polka Dot Bikini." I also thought a dragon was a better alternative than the brontosaurus-like monster that was in the original show.

A good take on the original, proper 16:9 aspect over the originals 4:3 also helps bring XL5 to a new audience Love the opening sequence Xl5 accelerates and doesn't wobble at end of launch rail.

The space monster was a dragon available in the animation program I use and I thought fit the part quite well (the same but different enough than the original). Tentatively, the next episode will be WINGS OF DANGER reintroducing the evil Plutonians from Planet 46.

Great, loved it. Could compete with Star Trek. Better than many ST episodes of all ST iterations.

@@Jestunes Just rewatched "The Doomsday Machine", "Journey to Babel" and "A Wolf in the Fold" over the past several days. Some of my favorites.

Venus's choice of clothing is a surprise for the dance but it works better than her XL5 uniform. Monster is excellent. Best bit has to go to the imaginative look of Monnataine (if that's how it's spelt?)

Thanks for continued watching and commenting. Much appreciated. I have done 9 episodes. All of them have been a learning process and I try to improve each. In the earliest episodes I wanted the characters to look more like marionettes but a number of viewers found them unappealing. I also had a runway launch of XL5 that was also off putting to a number of viewers. @@HarborsidePressLLC Watching Zanadus now ;) The marionette style I liked, however if I may add some Editorial suggestions? Follow what Gerry Anderson did with the Terrahawks and later Thunderbirds shows. Don't show the legs walking, and use tight close ups of the upper torso and heads. He did that to hide the strings on the marionettes. Granted yours are CGI, and yes a lot of today's generation are spoiled by semi-lifelike movement... Keep doing what you do and refine as you go. In my experienced opinion, you have talent that has yet to be discovered. Yes, I have been an actor, writer, editor and many other things in my life. ;)

Thank you for watching and posting a question. As a one-person studio I am able to recreate an average of 3 to 4 episodes a year. I am presently in production of an episode called THE FORBIDDEN PLANET with a tentative release date of October 2021.

As much as I appreciate the nostolgiac thrill, I can't help but wonder if these productions are an excuse to satisfy a few adolescent fantasies concerning the women. Venus looks hot in her dancing gear.
