Very helpful tutorial for novices or just hobbyists that want to try out the software, and because of most of your tutorials they get the full extent of what the program is capable of (: regular postings is very helpful, and gives the viewers reassurance that the channel has not yet died, and the fact that your videos are entertaining, in a couple of days one video will get a steady amount of views and likes. in a nutshell, thanks for the tutorials it really helped me a lot (:!

Thank you! this was one of the last things in fire alpaca that I just could not understand! EVERYTHING MAKES SENSE (this is very helpful for making a scanned photo the correct size to and draw over the lineart)

Thanks SO much for this!! This really helped me! You see, I'm working on an animation that requires my character to turn to the left and the right. Since I turn off AntiAliasing for ease of colouring, I found that the Jagged option works best for me. I would never have known about this feature if it weren't for this tutorial!! :D

And how do you flip the selected part? I really need it to copy eyes :'v

Piluu Alvarez You use free select by holding ctrl or command. You just drag the left side over the right or vice versa. (I had to figure that out on my own haha)

what i usually do is select the part i wanna flip, copy it, paste it, and since firealpaca automatically puts the things you paste on a new layer, i go to Layer= flip horozontally. that basically does it!

Actually, what worked for me was copying and pasting the selected zone and click "Turn" in the "Layer" window ((English is not my native language pls have mercy on my soul :'v))

FINALLY, one day I was drawing and I noticed that instead of changing the size like normal it changed dimensions, and I was looking for that, bc I thought Fire Alpaca didn't had that option, but now I know you can do it holding Control lmao, thank you so much!

laso eye go to layer press rotate then flip horizontally

I completely forgot to comment on this OMG what is wrong with me *facepalm* This video just saved my ass with a drawing so this happens to me everytime whenever I draw two character in a drawing I always make the heads either too big or too small but thanks to this wonderful tutorial I fixed the sizes thank you soo much for this video *hug*

so I have a background for my drawing which is a cat sitting and it's suppose to be for art and I found out that the cat is a little to big because genius little me forgot that it works better to draw the background before the animal, anyway if I hid the background layers and merged the layers I have for the cat together, Would I be able to resize it? I've tried googling it and not really getting anything but this video helped a lot for my other drawings

Thank you for covering the transform tool! In SAI it's actually the opposite; you have to hold down shift in order for it to stay in its proportions. I'm still by sure which one makes more sense haha

just copy and paste, it'll create a second layer regardless, move it to where and how you want it and merge down

I'm so use to sai that firealpaca makes you do every little thing to make you draw and adjust but since sai glitched on my desktop I have to force myself to use firealpaca to finish my drawing so half is sai while the rest will be alpaca so big different in line work
