I'm from where that engine is. The reason why it's so tall is because the island floods a lot so some of the engines are raised in case they need to go through flood water.

4x4 used for off-road my department uses them for the Cheyenne Mountain area and mountain areas they have some advantages over usual wild land rigs like how the carry more water and stuff like that
