If you buy a scarecrow and become good friends with him, when he's not up and roaming around and is sitting on the tree, you can click on him and do the "Search pockets for seeds" interaction and you can get super rare seeds (death flower, money tree seed, etc.). You can also ask for gardening advice and that will help significantly.

He is so annoying when he does get off though, he kept ignoring all the locks in my house and walked in every day blocking the family computer for like 5 hours and being mean to the toddler and dog bc of the evil trait. EA just can't give us non-infuriating NPCs. Ever.

Martie B. Yeah he pops up a lot. He tends to help me rather than mess me up. He actually does my garden for me and cleans up/repairs things in my house. It's like a free maid/gardener😂.And I think the update screwed up locks, sims just go into any room their not supposed to once and a while

I love how Sebastian and Luna are married and having a kid in the span of a week all because they were neighbors even though they barely have any money, while Katrina and Mario met because he was stuck in a swamp pool in Selvadorada while she was on vacation and getting those simoleons and they aren’t even married yet 😂

You can make planters on the woodworking table so it might be worth getting his wife on that to save money on the planters. And make a bit of money whilst she gets her skills up.

Maybe when you really start going, you could buy a retail lot and turn it into a florist, and have them run it as a family business. Dad could make the flower arrangements, Mum could be running the store, teens could be either restocking or cleaning the place, children could either be gathering items from the neighbourhood or playing on a set of swings outside, etc. Don't worry about focusing only on one Sim, it would be more interesting to see you use Luna and all their future sprogs, working together on one goal.

After going down the Bigwallet family tree, I’ve realized that we’ve only seen one side of the Bigwallet family. The family splits after the Sir and Little generation when we followed Little’s son Fredrick. What happened to Sir’s side of the family after Dine Out? Did his line end with him or are there lost Bigwallets somewhere out there?

He made a new save using Little's son, Fredrick, and Sir did not have any children at the time Semaj made the switch. as far as actual gameplay, since he's no longer playing the old save it's safe to assume that Sir's line ended with him. Or you can do the fun thing and imagine more Bigwallets in another dimension/timeline

Everytime james says “how bout that” my mind goes straight to “cash me outside”

You should move the “kitchen” to a different wall so in case it catches fire again it doesn’t get the flower arranging table as well.

OMG! I'm so sorry, I couldn't help but laugh when the flower arrangement table was torched as well. Maybe, you should move your kitchen to another wall just so we won't get a repeat again. Lols.

Hope you keep this build rustic, that reflects their hippy attitude on life. Maybe even a recycled kinda look would be cool? Luna should 'bee' into yoga, that would be fun to see. Something that I find fun is when you build, you have to leave it.(no changing or easy dragging to make bigger, and plumbing does not change.) Or if you want added extensions, you have to change the exterior wall paper. It makes building way more realistic and a fun challenge for layouts. love this series so far! Thanks

Use the puffy jacket from the male clothes category if u want. That would be cool too

I just wish they added more old details from the sims 2 to sims 4, when a couple sleeps together they spoon each other, and adding the 5 O’Clock shadow where you can barely see it to clearly and then adding the actual layer of the main facial hair, just the small things make the game just so great

Me too. The storylines from other Simmers get really boring to me. I like the challenge of Rags to Riches and getting tips on building here and there... In his Max Power episodes, he sunk a rocket ship into the ground. Looked so awesome, I copied it in my own game. Took me a while to figure out on Console though. Have foundations on my house and it was driving me crazy!

I think you're correct, but i'm not sure at which gardening level you get it. I have two sims that were already at level 10 gardening skill before I got the Seasons EP. Both of them automatically use the weeding machine when they do the weeding interaction. You might get it sooner than level 10 though. Hopefully someone else here knows the exact gardening level our sims need to get it.

Letícia Karine Garden so you can have a bunch of the flowers already. Once your arranging skill is about a 6/7 is when you’ll make a lot of money from the lower level ones. I did a few yesterday for $3000

Make sure you appease the gnomes when they show up magically during the holidays. If you make them happy they leave you a ton of seasonal garden seeds. :)

The 'weed machine' 😂 is used by Sims when they reach a certain gardening level, makes weeding quicker. It comes with the interaction so it is not an object to be bought in the catalogue.

You have to be using the garden boxes to get the weed machine. Also, you could put your sellable crops and your crafting crops in separate rooms, then you can use the “sell all” without worrying!

You should get Deli to give Luna a makeover! This is one of my favorite series and I have been watching your content for about 2 and a half years now!

When you get to a high enough level, you get a "Weed All" option and that's when the sims pull the weed vaccuum out of their bags of holding. It's not an actual In-Game item. At least as far as I've seen.

Loving the series! You don't have to purchase a gnome for the holiday, they will automatically pop up for you. Make sure you have some honey in your inventory or some flowers to give them. If you give them bad presents they get really mad and you don't want to see what happens! Follow them around like flies on shit while they are on your lot because they will drop seasonal seed packages for you so you'll get the higher level plants! After the holiday they will turn into statues that you can sell.

A discussion I want to open - What do you think of the clothes in the Sims? I personally wonder if they have someone Fashion savvy or even a stylist that discusses the looks with them. Why are most clothes not even focused on classic looks, like a trench coat (which the shape can be winter or summer) or a parka for women in winter? If they want the sims to feel timeless, why not use looks that are timeless? They also have many very similar shaped jeans and pants for man and women which are way too baggy. I guess that's US style. Altough there are enough nice clothes, I am not really complaining but like the jacket he put on the girl it is really something only 50+ would wear in my country that are rich and have a boat. And the other jacket is basically a Ski jacket and the pants as well.... Who would wear that if it's not for skiïng or if its minus 20 degrees celcius outside? Just wondering, but what do you think?

WalkingAlongLive this is something I‘ve been wondering about for ages. My suggestion is that they try to keep the „game/comic/playfull“ feel to the game this way. Sort of to prevent a too realistic look/feel (like Alpha CC). I mean we do have basic clothing items all in all but with the other ones I feel like they try to keep the „not reality but game“ flair - I hope this makes any sense at all.. :D

That's a possiblity. But I do think it is possible to make something like a trenchcoat, or skinny jeans for men/fitting jeans for men without making it too "real". Also for the mobile game they worked together with Asos, so the possibility is there. But I do understand that they don't follow trends though, because like you said keeping it more game like.
