Visited last year… nice views..also noticed a few homeless tents ⛺️ near pier structure. So unfortunate.

Insurance fraud for sure. That restaurant is worth tens of millions.

I was stationed at Camp Pendleton from 1979 to 1981. I fished off the pier. I don't recall any building on the end. That must have come later! Loved California back then. I wouldn't give you a nickel for it now!
