It's been two years, but we're back to the Fire Emblem series (and Echoes specifically) with the ever-popular Mila's Divine Protection! This arrangement is heavily inspired by the excellent Super Smash Bros. Brawl remix, and as such features a lot of fun percussion, brass, and acoustic guitars to lend it a slightly flamenco style.
On the subject of instruments, you'll surely notice the kazoo sprinkled throughout this track, which is the work of our newest member Chris! They've worked on the arranging and mixing of several tracks before, but this is their first time recording, so hopefully you'll agree it's excellent.
Finally, throughout the song keen Fire Emblem fans will notice plenty of classic riffs including the series' main theme, Together We Ride, and The Saint & the Sacrifice (Celica Map 2). All that combined with the length of the original song made the piece among our longer covers, but I believe it's worth every second. :D

Thanks! That's actually based off another song from the game ("Encounter", the recruitment theme) but it's definitely one of my favorite sections.
FE Echoes is probably my favorite FE on DS/3DS. Kazoo was a bit surprising, but in a good way :)

One of the most interesting things about this game is it's one of the few FE *without* a weapon triangle, meaning the power of the kazoo can overwhelm every foe without a disadvantage. :P
