I've just finished my first daily yoga exercise on this music, and I'm surprised what difference it's made! Without even realising my breath became slower and deeper, so naturally the usual exercise took a lot longer, but my body and mind felt so much lighter afterwards, cleansed.

This makes me think of, long hot showers in natural lightning, cleansing. A house by the ocean, slightly moody to fit the moonday vibe (it’s monday btw) ~ Dipping into icy cold water - shocking the system awake. Wind chimes on a breezy day, open windows~ a house full of greenery, plants 🌱 making the air fresh , and clean. Grounded innerG, at peace, serenity.
