Synopsis:
In Fire Country, former SEAL Team star Max Thieriot plays Bode Donovan, a young convict seeking redemption and a shortened prison sentence by joining an unconventional prison release firefighting program in Northern California, where he and other inmates are partnered with elite firefighters to extinguish massive, unpredictable wildfires across the region.

Actually, this is HIS show. He is the original writer of it. He and AJ Buckley aka "Sonny" Bravo 3 came up with the concept. CBS drama series Fire Country, [3]which he also co-created, and sometimes writes and executive produces. The late night did an interview on this.
Started to watch this last night it is GOOD!!!!
Just saw episodes 1 & 2 (gave it a chance), and honestly this show is a nice nightly "burn show." Reminds me of True Blood but replace the vampires and add fire fighters situations.

Ich finde diese Serie super,macht süchtig, spannend und ziemlich realistisch. Sogar mein Freund, der Feuerwehrmann ist,liebt diese Serie und wir hatten davor 911 geschaut,aber da war das Meiste sehr unrealistisch.
So he left bravo for this? ok....

Am just now watching this show while I miss Clay seeing the first ep of this tells me I had good reason for not watching this show. I am the biggest fan of fire shows but I'm not tryna watch no 1 man show naa to hell with that. First ep and we got Bode coming to the rescue like these firefighters are probes next 1 black guy with ADD 2nd black guy don't know the bro code and also can't commit in a relationship even worst we can all see Bode gonna take away his friends girl from the first ep the writing already screwed up

@@hotpotat0es I like the story and the acting is on par but the fire is all visual effects while Chicago fire uses real fire and their actors are actually trained to deal with the fire (not really putting it out but how to avoid it and stuff like that)

Most stupid series. This bro just return to Seal Team because here he is acting trash. If you look at almost scene, this series is bulshit. Then at the end, he sacrifices his exit, not being with his chick, his family, just to admit for something he didn't do so as for someone esle to exit??? Seriously. All this just to produce next season. Ooh please. Am not watching season 2. Pure bulshit. This guy just to return to seal team. Wasting his talent here. Atleast there he had chance to grow further.

I am a wild land fire fighter 10 year experience... this show is garbage. been spiked out on fires deep in the wilderness for weeks. Hotshot crews and smoke jumpers deserve a show, not call fire homeboyz and convicts.

Mein Freund ist auch Feuerwehrmann und findet diese Serie ziemlich realistisch. Google mal nach, dann siehst du,dass es solche Häftlinge als Feuerwehrleute dort wirklich gut u.a.

As a career Firefighter this show is garbage. I started my career with CDF (Now CALFIRE) what a joke of a project.
