Few days ago I purchased fireboltt legacy watch but in this watch battery issue come so I request to FIREBOLTT company please replace this product due to this issue.. Company agree for replace but they give me other model cheap watch.. And now they give reason.. stock not available and they reject my return and replace request. i regret to buy this fireboltt watch. and i need your help &support for solve this issue 🙏🏼

According to our experience black color chain gets discolored sooner than stainless-steel silver watch chain so stainless-steel silver chain will be better.

its one of worst company ever seen plz don't promote with out proper research, they don't have service centers in simple i purchased a watch fire boltt commando it was having batter issues i returned it on November they sent some other watch reason mentioned was the commondo was not in stock, but it was in stock in there website , for this question they gave reason " we sent refurbished only in case of return its a company policy, they wont return money back even that's a company policy , the customer care people appointed to beg/request customer's but not to solve issue most for the employees as use less they are appointed to wasn't customer time its been months i haven't received watches, i received 3 watch in 3 months all were are used products full of dust, dirt and one was broken
