This reminds me of what Sophia Petrillo said in the pilot episode of the The Golden Girls: “Do you know happened? They set off the fire alarm in a retirement home. Who can rush?! Half the people have walkers. The other half can’t get out of their chairs, but they’ve got bells going off like crazy! Do you know what that does to hearts that only beat a few times a week? It’s not pretty!”

I love the song of Old time fire alarms, with they were just a little less loud, them old Time horns are loud enough to damage your ears. Also if you could smell smoke. You should have been getting out of there
@GaryBeltz12 жыл бұрын
It could be a 2001 but you can do 90 BPM march time on other panels. I guess the 2001 was the one that commonly used it so people just started calling it 2001 March Time. The fire alarm enthusiasts have made their systems sound like this like NewAgeServerAlarm and it is important to note that NewAgeServerAlarm built his panel himself. The Alertek 8005/8004 are his creation.

He's restricted to riding around in that motorized scooters and those things haven't really been designed for all weather use. My friend takes his out in the snow but that's only cause he HAS to just to get stuff done like grocery shopping but he's already destroyed two scooters because of it and he's on his third.
@Blorenz24 Yeah the FD always has to respond when those go off unless they are told ahead of time it is a drill/test. they just hadn't arrived yet. Toward the end of the video when he first says he's going to shut it off the one lady says something about filming when the FD comes later.

England needs good simplex alarms instead of the roshni sounders.
@TssCman123 the Pull stations are probably high up on the wall so that the altzthimers and dimencha patients dont pull them during one of their "episodes"

It's measured the same way as a physician would measure your heart beat if you wanted to check for yourself set a timer for 1 minute and then keep count of each blast until the timer reaches 0.
How tall are you?

If you listen carefully at the beginning of the video when he's still in his room you can hear the motors of his wheelchair/scooter as he goes to open the door to the hallway.
