lol why do people always use bad english or grammar when using the pure sport line lol. "This is pure sport" no duntz, "This is a pure sport". But why is it pure?

@@mysticranger6894 "this is a pure sport" has a different meaning to "this is pure sport". You understand the first sentence correctly. The second one means that people give up all their prejudices in life for the sake of doing that sport and trying to perfect it. That's not to say that the sport is pure in the sense that it's clean, it isn't. The difference is subtle, I know.

Thank you brother, I am telling you Islam is about being leveled, patient and self-controlled. It is hard to achieve and 99% of us muslims don't act like muslims or as we should. So yes Habib and firaz aswell because he is extremely educated all around are great representatives and there is no doubt they are the way they are because of the Islamic principles taught to them.

We definitely need more of this mentality. The part where he talked about you shouldn’t let knowledge go away from you, and knowledge is power. That’s there what Muslims need the most right now. Learn anything and everything, truth can never harm you. You’ll find people ( sometimes scholars ) trying to convince that learning philosophy is harm. others will tell you to not waist your time with modern knowledge. even worse, some people will tell you to listen to certain people, read certain books, and that’s it, you don’t need to learn more. And that exactly the mindset that brought the umah down. So don’t listen to them. Listen to that man instead. He knows how to build champions, and we need more champions.

Mmm no issue... I just simply asked how do you know that he is a "hardcore Muslim", righteous, decent and a man of integrity? That's all... I'm not arguing that he isn't... I'm just wondering how do you know this? Not sure what u mean by moral compass, or paranoia lol. It was a simple question but if you can't answer then I can't break it down to you any further.

dude if i ever had a trainer i would want it to be a guy like him. just look up his story, he completely built himself up on his own and he further improved his craft further and further more. he continuously is on the grind. this will come one day when an unsuspecting individual who will go and train in a gym only to be caught by the eye of an old fires. just imagine what a kind of beast, an old fires with years of accumulating knowledge and experience can make 😂

Mashaallah very interesting and engaging discourse between the two brothers! Brother firas has some very interesting views, which i totally agree with. This is one of the finest interviews from an mma coach i seen thus far. Inshaallah the broski firas can set up a gym here in london. The government should invest in these kinda people to help aliviate the issues we have in the youth today. The discipline and values sports in general promote are the foundations of success in many aspects of life. May the almighty Allah swt bless you brothers, may he also guide us all!

love how Firas acknowledges how we are all born different when it comes to having certain natural abilities. This idea of we are all the same is not true. Gad gave all of us different set of skills and circumstances. We are not all the same and we all do have strengths and weaknesses.
