Paul Walker died 11.30.2016. George Herbert Walker Bush died 11.30.2018, two years later. Even weirder is Bush died 7 months and 13 days after Barbara Bush, like 7/13 or 713 and they lived in Houston, the 713 area code. Barbara Bush died 4.17.2018. Further, in Gematria Order of Illuminati = 713.
