I bought the two tone G10 Fintiso and I'm a big fan. I would check that out. I don't love the way it looks but I love the feel in hand and the combo of hole- and front-flickability. That one is $30 after coupon in 14c28n. That's hard to beat. Also it has bedazzling Love the bedazzling

I just picked up a couple of their other models. One is called the Apollo series, with blue aluminum scales and a 3.3” blade. It’s actually really nice. The aluminum is well done and looks beautiful. The other I’m not sure the name of, but it’s the one with the gear style cutout around the pivot, with the 3.5” blade. It’s also really sweet. The one mistake they made, on both models, is the tip of the blade can be touched when closed. They need to have the blade seat deeper in the handle, or else just have a little bit more handle towards the back of it. The gear one is worse; on the Apollo you have to really try to touch that tip. Neither are as bad as some other knives I’ve had, like the Boker Cayaclyst which shredded my finger because the tip is so easily touched while closed. But it’s still a demerit for sure. Minus that problem, I’d be entirely stoked on both of these knives. But now I feel like I’d still recommend them but I’d have to give a caveat/warning to anyone interested.

As much as I dislike Vosteed I would still say it's better but it you can get one on sale that might tip the decision. Button was a little tall and detent wasn't awesome but otherwise not bad

What's wrong with your Vosteed Nightshade?....you said something about their quality controll.

@funny-af-name ...I also have a Hedgehog arriving Saturday. I have bought and sold a bunch of different Vosteed....literally dozens of them and can't say I've ever had an issue except for a loose screw on a top liner lock that required taking apart the knife and using a little Loctite. I wouldn't worry about your Hedgehog.

Hey Dillion, that knife looks good, but suspiciously familiar 🤔. Have you disassembled a Fintisa yet? I'm curious because I bought a g10 liner lock Fintisa from Amazon but every screw on mine is glued tight, can't even adjust the pivot, it was disappointing to say the least. Just wondering if mine is a fluke or not.

I might have responded on another video to you with this advice but I would put a heat gun on it for a bit to loosen the loctite

@@DirksDirks I tried the blow dryer first, then the soldering iron, screws rounded out now. I've been a mechanic my whole adult life and these screws seem welded in. I've never seen a knife with screws stuck this bad.

This is a sugar free channel if knives have problems I'm not going to pretend like they are awesome. There's plenty of other channels that are just salesman and try to sell you everything they get free in the mail. I got videos on why I don't like them it's not for no reason. If you had gone through problems like me you'd feel the same way. I got a video called "Vosteed 9 pound detent " thats just one of the problems
