Best reactions to music, totally authentic. Saw Slipknot live way back in 2003 it was one of the best concerts I've seen. Watching Jordison lift up on his drumset and rotate upside down while doing his solo was a memory I'll never forget. A true Legend RIP.

Except this isn't joey drumming but I agree he was a great drummer.

The other guy that's doing the "step inside, see the devil in I" screams is Chris Fehn. He, alongside Shawn "Clown" Crahan, does the backing vocals and it's always been just the two of them doing backing vocals. Coincidentally, both are occupying the same position in the band, percussion. Chris left the band after 21 years in 2019, though. Nowadays, his replacemet Michael Pfaff aka Tortilla Man does percussion and backing vocals alongside Clown.

Love your reactions to different types of music. From all over the world and type. And of you like this, the melodic, and drums, vocals from clean, to more harsh…then I definitely recommend checking out Opeth, especially their early stuff anything off of the Deliverance album, but especially the song the album was named after, and Master’s Apprentice. To me, they are this song and these guys but taken to 11, or 12. That album has 6 songs on it, but it’s a bit over an hour long, and all are great to me, but those two have everything you like about this song, just more of it, for longer.

Definitely agreed in generally. How ever i recommend Ghost Reveries album and - Ghost of Perdition or Harlequin Forest songs.......if possible , both. Ps kiitokset mielenkiintoisista pureutumisista metallin viekkaaseen maailmaan.

The screams turning into laughter are always done live, i don't think he's ever done that on a studio version of a song in that manner (correct me if I'm wrong tho).

If you like this song you should check out Unsainted and Psychosocial. If you want something even harder go back to something like "Left Behind" from their second album. Great reaction as always

Ghost is an interesting artist to say the least and I must say I can't hold back from listening/reacting to him for much longer!

You don't need to see his face when he's singing. He's probably one of the only artists who can make you feel it with the sound.

Saw you for 1st time doing Pentatonix.. Impressive.. Where are your from in Finland.. People are so friendly and the food Karelian pies are to die for.. Have been to Helsinki and Turku..

Onneks löytyy täältä suomestaki päin uskottava reaktio/analyysi kanava 👌 semmoinen pieni palaute, että kerta tuo englanti luonnistuu siult sen verran hyvin, ni uskon et siinä kannattaa pitäytyä sen sijaan et miksaa suomea ja englantia. Ymmärrän kyllä miks niin teet, mut uskon et loppujenlopuks se on fiksumpaa et jauhaa vaa englantia ni kaikki ymmärtää kaiken ja saa laajemman katsojakunnan. En usko et me suomalaiset iha niin huonoja ollaa englannissa etteikö ymmärrettäis 😅 mutta oman fiiliksen mukaan totta kai 👍

Kiva että tykkäät! Suomi-Enkku-mixistä on tullut erinomaista palautetta. Kanava pyörähti käyntiin korona-aikaan lähinnä avuksi omille Suomalaisille oppilaille, joissa on myös liian nuoria ja vanhoja oppilaita ymmärtämään puhuttua Englantia tai lukemaan tekstityksiä. Kun kanava rupesi ottamaan tuulta alleen hyvin pian ekojen videoiden jälkeen, aloin lisäämään tekstityksia ja hieman Engl. lauseita sinne tänne ottaen kansainvälistä yleisöä paremmin huomioon. Mutta kiitos palautteesta! 😊

Tervehdys! Hei olisi laulamiseen liittyvä kysymys. Jäin miettimään, että kuinka paljon yleensä äänen avausta on mukana itse keikassa? Tarkoitan siis sitä, että voisiko tietyt kappaleet olla esiintymislistalla sellaisessa järjestyksessä, jolloin ääni laulajan "instrumentti" on parhaimmillaan? Vai onko niin, että äänen avaukset tehdään jo hyvissä ajoin ennen keikkaa, jolloin mikä tahansa kappale lähtee juuri niinkuin on tarkoituskin oli järjestys mikä hyvänsä? Kiitos muuten hyvästä reaktiosta jälleen kerran! :)

Moi! Tämä riippuu paljon laulajasta. Harvoin vaativinta kappaletta kuitenkaan laitetaan ensimmäiseksi settilistalle, oli sitten lämpännyt tai ei. 😊 itse suosin lämpissä erityisesti laajoja skaaloja ja "vocal agilityä" lämppääviä harjoitteita, jotta ne syttyvät lavalla helpommin. 😊

Wait and Bleed, Eyeless, Duality, People = Shit. Some nice songs by Slipknot to react to.

A pleasant discovery. Not being my kind of music, I ended up finding the rhythm enjoyable, which is saying a lot. I would like to take advantage of this comment, with a current band in which the vocalist does gutturals to recommend you to listen to a very old artist, completely transgressive in her time (she would be today too without any doubt), who, if you don't know her, will surely amaze you. She is Yma Sumac, a Peruvian singer from the 50's and 60's... not at all within the expected. This is my favourite Slipknot song but i hate this live version. I dont mind the fact that Corey doesnt sound studio quality but the harsh vocals (step inside, see the devil in i) just arent on the same level when its not Corey doing them, and thats my favourite bit of the song

Slipknot don't really work for me sound wise, but good to have variety, & see you absorbing everything different Anna, thank you! 🙏🙏

In my opinion this is the era where Corey had worst screams, I don't know why, even AHIG is better than this, WANYK, End So Far, Vol 3, Iowa and ST, but when we look at clean vocals, choruses... this era is one of the best, I don't know if it's the best, but one of is for sure

Agree. I never understood what this adds to their music. Same can be said about other bands with masks or heavy face paint. I dont'get it, nor do I like it.

@@martine3293 Also I don't like cheap tricks and unauthenticity. So goodbye Kiss and Iron Maiden's utterly stupid and ugly "Eddie" mascot. Also Till Lindeman tends to "act" a little too much. Nightwish is theatrical, of course, but they perform always as their true selves. So, l'm a dull oldtimer - so be it. 😑 ("Just let the music speak for itself, just let the music speak..." - Santana)

@@pekkakarppinen1608 Outside of the aesthetics of the mask, I think the point is to have a tool to unleash another aspect of yourself. Another aspect is simply performance. Theatricality’s like the masks were my bridge into metal because I used to dislike the music but I loved the performances and then slowly I’ve started getting dragged into the music as well.
