Great video man, I've only just discovered your channel. There aren't many of us covering bayonets, always great when I find another

Thanks for the review. I have a bayonetless M39 and would not have gambled on an RTI repro, but seeing it in person I may do that since I'm never going to spend $750 on a real Finn bayonet!

If ur good at wood working u could always get a Suomi stock for real cheap think I paid like 10 bucks for mine online somewhere. And you can put some real Arctic birch wood grips on that thing

What's even rarer than that bayonet is the original Russian black/blued blade bayonet for the Russian SKS. No reproductions have ever been made either. Only a handful of originals came into the U.S.

@@usna98 There you go, that is why it is rare. But remember the black/blued bayonet is NOT black paint like those bolt carriers. All bolt carriers were in the white, until the importers from the 1990's used bbq black paint to cover the surface rust on some rifles before importation. The black bayonets were hot blued very dark almost black during the Russian arsenal refurbishments by the Russian military. Here is a video of one: kzread.info/dash/bejne/fYthsbGgm861h84.html
