If the f rod was yellow this would have been right out of American grafitti. Edit: oh my god yes I know the American graffiti car was a '32, 5 window which is different from the f-rod but who cares? They all look pretty much the same

Nothing compares to the OG Finnegan and Freiburger. Finnegan is just such a likable guy and Freiburger is such a geeky gear head. Finnegan's calm cool demeanor was perfect for Roadkill. This is the BEST

I remember meeting you guys and seeing Blasphemi when you did Power Tour in Baton Rouge back in 2016.

When I was a teen in the 60`s those were my favorite hot rods both of those cars are fantastic.

The whole “get out the laptop” deal is for the birds. Guys were putting shoebox chevys in the 10s without all that jazz more than 50 years ago.

AND THEY WERE DOING IT WITH A SMALL BLOCK.....nobody was running 8's with a 55 back then though. any doubters can check the National record holders in AHRA, and nhra....I don't think the Moutain motor governing body that invented Pro Mod had as many class racers(IHRA) If they did I never payed attention as the fact they always did everything nhra was too scared to do was what caught my attention.

Great episode! I love Blasphemi but I agree with Freiburger that simplicity is the better way to go. I'll take that A-Bone over the '55. The only thing it needs is about a 4 inch haircut and it would be perfect!

Was this a heads up or dial in type race? Tree appeared to have an offset. Super cool to see both these cars against each other! I’m strongly attracted to the Model A

Was about to make the same comment! I wonder how many miles to the $1000 it makes!! It's constantly having major problems and I don't remember ever seeing it run a decent qtr. Also I don't think Finnigan isn't the best of drivers, he needs an auto to make up for the lack of ability.

Alex's 55 is a much higher class car than Mike's though. I think the only thing he'd beat her at is repair bill, sadly.💸😭 The cadillac might be another story whenever it's done.
