he's legit THE BEST. he's so grounded and empathetic. you can tell his interview partners really feel comfortable around him, which is why those interviews become so good.

I'm currently in a state where I have been in nearly complete hermit mode for about a year..two very isolated in a toxic relationship. But I have just recently had the freedom to rediscover my love for art in many forms and I am desperately craving connection and interaction with like minded people. But my hesitation persists as the majority of my more recent attempts at stepping out back into the world have only made me feel more content getting lost in my head. Listening to him & Billie interview is on that energy level, I feel connectedness, understanding, love in simply listening to them be themselves.

"i think boredom and inspiration are like cousins." YES! just imagine how much creativity would be out there if we didn't drown ourselves in the distractional force of social media. WOW...

I love Finneas and Billie.

Zane Lowe is my favorite music journalist right now. He does empathetic, smart interviews, and he is always prepared. Plus he has respect for people's boundaries. He doesn't and we don't have ownership of these people's lives. He respects that, and I appreciate it. I don't want me listening to interviews to be destructive to people. Finneas, he's a genius, and I do not use that term lightly.

Julia Alexa I think that it’s hard not to mention because that is a huge part of his career writing songs with her and touring. Maybe if he stops working with her they may just focus on him, but are we ready for that.
