I agree. Some social settings give me a lot of anxiety and panic attacks and when people try and get me to talk to people and I just politely refuse they try and force me to go over with them and it just makes everything worse and once I start having an anxiety attack it gets worse because then everyone’s attention is on me

It made me sad when finn said he was afraid of anxiety it had me heartbroken but I'm glad he deals with it with a smile on his face

3:43-4:02... What Finn said has helped me a lot because my lifelong best friend and my old friend who is now my sister's friend are the bullies in my life. My lifelong friend is the only person I feel like I can trust but I can't talk to her about this because I feel like she'd just become worse or something. But I've found myself in acting. I feel like I really connect with the other kids in my theater group thing because we all have a love of acting and other things. It's been 4 years I've been going through this and still haven't talked about it or even thought about it, really, until now. But um that's all I want to say so..

This may sound dumb and stupid, but what these guys said about bullying really helped me. I have been physically, mentally, and cyber bullied for a very long time and I've been too scared to talk about it to anyone because I'm afraid of them to the point that I have nightmares about them and I always watch my back even when I'm not at school. But after this video the second it was over I called my closest friends and told them what's going on. We're going to the counselor the day after Martin Luther King Day and I'm telling my parents. Thank you guys, I owe you a lot

As a person who has anxiety I do get very scared of it sometimes you can't breathe or super dark things come to my mind and my anxiety really starts to kick in when my yearly test start to come around. And these people are so mature and are very humble.

I have social anxiety and it’s so hard to deal with I dread being at school in case a teacher picks on me in front of the whole class, I’m scared to walk into class rooms, Sc a red of being the centre of attention. Scared of having to read in front of people, scared of people making fun of me in front of other people. Idk what to do

when the lady asked wyatt about his real fears, it sounded like he had thought about it alot before

Sunny Sunshine ♥ well it is basically fear but a little more complicated. In Finn's case it's just a very overwhelming fear of social interaction and social situations. And it's very hard to deal with so people with anxiety fear it a lot. Hope I helped! 👍

I got social anxiety disorder too And I have panic attacks often And I really related with the reaction that finn had when he said he has anxiety The way he looked down and started speaking slower It is always hard to tell, and everytime I have to let someone know my conditions, I feel that crying sensation on my throat and I get so uncomfortable Because people always say that you're faking it to get attention or that you're an antisocial and so many things So I understand his "fear of anxiety" because I think my biggest fear is my anxiety itself And all the ways it can be shown

Oh my gosh chosen is just so amazing and underrated

I understand the feeling of being alone and people always leaving u. I have depression and anxiety. And i am not getting help for it. So i feel all alone. And i feel so scared to get up in the morning for school Because people bully me and hit me all the time... Sometimes it just gets too much... So im glad they gave me advice because i could use it right about now.

Don't worry Finn I have anxiety too we are anxiety buddies

i can relate. i have major anxiety and i’m on medication for it but it sometimes doesn’t help. love you finn♥️ (and wyatt and chosen ofc)

anxiety is hard and you can tell it affected him a lot then and way more recently. and with being famous and in the media, i can only imagine

When i always hear that anyone is like going through something thats bad it just makes me feel bad inside its like i wanna cry even though its not my body or my person nobody should go through that get better everybody :)
