no, its not that, its the question he asked her that made her respond that way, he basically said without saying "so you had to act in a scene where your father wanted to sexually abuse you, how do you feel about that?" was just an awkward thing for the interviewer to say, he should have had more tact and asked soemthing different, when you see the film you'll realize what im saying

dude, its awkward af, and really weird subject matter to ask and talk about on this kind of setting, anyone would have been weirded out about it, and even more so some one who isnt used to do these weird press conferences were so much attention is on you- and she said also shes a really introverted person and isnt very comfortable in group settings, let alone this kind of setting with all the cameras on you on live tv and stuff

OMA Hood Don't know about a specific link, but I know I've read that they had the roles cast, then the director (Cary Fukunaga) quit because the studio wanted him to make changes to the script, and when the new director took over he recast all of thw roles except for Richie, which was Finn Wolfhard. This is the first time I've heard that Fukunaga quit only a week before filming (though Wolfhard could have been exaggerating) .

I hope Finn has a very very strong support system behind him. He’s such a promising actor. I hope he doesn’t slip off like so many child actors did.

I'm still awful at public speaking, but I think a good tip is to just find one person in the audience and focus on them. In school, it's usually the teacher, which also helps if they're grading also based on eye contact.

I'm glad they kept the tomboy look for Bev. I love girly characters too but usually little girls who hung out with only a group of boys are very tomboyish. It seems more realistic that way and less trope-y.

Danny Glover was not in the movie, the interviewer must be getting Steven Williams, the actor who played Mike Hanlon's uncle in the film, confused for Glover. Very professional of these kids to play it off and roll with the question rather than making it a big deal. Much respect to all these kids, they seem to have good heads on their shoulders and I feel like we'll be seeing a lot from all of them in the future.

i love how wyatt seems to be trying his best to be there for sophia, include her and just be a calming presence. he knows that she’s nervous and it’s just adorable, their friendship is so great

rhythm reactor seriously! I've been wanting to hear about how he portrayed Henry because he is definitely an important character. In the most messed up way he's the reason why the Losers come together in the first place. I'm glad to hear he was fantastic as Henry bowers.
