Looks so inviting, friendly, and neighborly. If I could add anything, it would be that outdoor front mat, if it said “Welcome” , that would set the tone for the wonderful experience waiting for them inside.

I figured you probably would get more Dexter Washers to replace the Maytag Neptunes and the top loaders.

Can you turn a ex-Family Dollar (now for lease at a good price) building into a laundromat? How hard would it be to add the plumbing?

I think your store looks beautiful. That’s what I would like not one of those ridiculous half a million dollar franchise laundromats where they want to sell your soul to give you a subprime loan

Don't know why Laundromat owners persist on just putting up "Laundromat" on their storefront. It's a business. Brand it and advertise it. People become loyal to brands. The business' that have names and character. And if you have more than one store, then your brand should be on the signage. This has had a facelift and looks nice cosmetically, and is clean as well, but those machines. UGGG. Ugly, old and not efficient at all. And top loaders. Scrap em, and get new machines that take larger loads. And the dark walls do nothing to help with customers mood. Doing laundry is already a dreary thing to do. People like bright colors and pleasant place. While it looks clean and nice. The color scheme is depressing. Grey and Blue walls. Should be bright and light colors. And I would take off the news channel. People already don't like doing laundry, and now you add news channel which does nothing to make your place pleasant. Put in music videos, stream movies for kids, or tv shows during the week. Give something to the customers that give them something pleasant and enjoyment. I know this sounds harsh but this is reality and the truth. I bought a laundromat a month and a half ago. Gave it a new name that was catchy and now people walking by actually have fun saying my store name 10 times as a sort of "How fast can you say ...." contest. It's a name people will remember. "Laundromat" is so generic that could be anyplace. In my city, we have LOTS of laundromats with that name. You say Laundromat and they will say "which one" have a brand and they will know which one. As a side note I would put a row of folding tables along the dryers. So they can move the clothes from the dryers to the tables to fold. Where you have them placed is to far. Convience is key.
