Yes! I’m so glad to see this with a tighter texture cause all the ones you see out there are of people with lighter curls usually so I’m glad to see that even with smaller curls it is possible 😁

I have 4c hair & as long as you use the correct cream you should be able to do this. Took me a hour but they came out fine! Got plenty of compliment

Curl typing is exactly what it is CURL TYPING. technically hair curls are coily and curly so it falls under 4a/b her strands are fine and low dence which is why it looks light as a feather. Don't get curl type and strands confused. I love your hair nia ❤️

That fine tooth comb makes the curls tighter. Just use the comb teeth at the tip and keep twirling. 😊👍

I have 4C hair and I've already done this twice, in the two and a half weeks I've 100% natural after my big chop. The first time it took 1 hour and 40 minutes, the second time it took 3 hours and 35 minutes (I kept taking mini breaks) this time around I want to make it last longer than a week, so after a few days I'll re-fingercoil a few of the sides and the neck (because I toss and turn all night, even when I tie my hair down or wear a bonnet, it gets a little out of order. 😄 But I love and it keeps my hands out of my hair, which wouldn't be possible if I wore my mini fro out.

My coils are the exact same size as your but I consider them to be 4b/4c. But for the same time I did finger coils I left them in for a month and they ended up dreading on me. So I had dreads for 6 months! Just recently shaved my head

Interestingly enough, my 4C hair looks like that when I do my wash and go's. People keep asking me about my "twists" and how long it took me to do them and i'm like "Girl, this is a wash-n-go!"

Did mine with shampoo and conditioner turned out fine

Do you know how to care for natural hair that coils like that on its on I have to keep it combed out to get an afro and it's high porosity and always dry I just big chopped a month ago I am lost🥴🥴

My hair coils like this on this own. Mine doesn't keep a fro style on it's own, it will turn back into neat tiny ringlets each time it's wet. I just embraced my coily locks

She does not have 3c hair. She has silky textured hair, which often comes with shiny, really defined curls and ringlets.
