Assuming this is a serious question, I'll give you a serious answer. It's a game that is not part of the actual tournament but is rated when the tournament is submitted to the federation to be rated. It's an "extra" game. It counts because it was played, but doesn't impact the tournament.

Many, many years ago I was speaking to a very prominent organizer who advocated rating floors -- this was shortly before they were introduced. I argued that chess players are rational people for the most part and want ratings to be accurate -- I was amazed at how well this worked where if your opponent was 100 points higher you kind of could tell during the game. Anyway, I surely lost that argument and I believe rating inflation rapidly proceeded. I was away from tournament chess for a couple of years in the early 1980s and when I returned I within a few event jumped two classes. I have to admit that I liked the added rating points and I won a couple class prizes. But clearly in the long run the ratings became extremely out of agreement with FIDE ratings and I think this problem will only get worse. Not the same thing, but title inflation, especially women's titles, are absurd -- will a male who identifies as a woman become women's world champ? There are literally hundreds of males who could do so. I also disagree with the GM title becoming so devalued -- there used to be literally world class players who could not make GM, were stuck at IM and I saw a Wikipedia bio of someone who had made GM in the "old days" being proposed for deletion even as hundreds of pro-wrestlers have extensive bios. If you meet an older GM, keep in mind just what an accomplishment that used to be, not to say GM is small potatoes now; but in the past, I believe GM meant you had a shot of being world champ.
