↓ LYRICS ↓
I can't stop
The way I feel
Things you do
Don't seem real
Tell you what I got in mind
'Cause we're runnin' out of time
Won't you ever set me free?
This waitin' 'round's killin' me
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
I can't get
Any rest
People say
I'm obsessed
Everything you say is lies
But to me that's no surprise
What I had for you was true
Things go wrong, they always do
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
I won't make it
On my own
No one likes
To be alone
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself
She drives me crazy
Like no one else
She drives me crazy
And I can't help myself

My first Boss who taught and trained me to become one of the best Cinematographers Cameraman back in the early 90's has gone to be with the Lord. He died in a ghastly motor accident years ago, his wife and his son survived the accident, but his beautiful wife had serious injuries as I heard. I planned visiting him after I relocated to Lagos State, Nigeria after some years only to hear of his tragic demise that broke my heart and tears filled my eyes! He was my first mentor, growing up in DSC, Camp Extension/ township in the 90's. He loves playing this song and Madonna in his Nissan car then, whenever we are travelling for a video coverage of events works then. Engr Sam Itopa. Continue to rest in peace in the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ , and may God continue to comfort your family. You were a good man, God knows best! I miss you Sir .

No idea what he was talking about either 😎🤣 At 37, my fam still make fun of me over this song. Such good memories - the 80s and 90s are undefeated as far as I'm concerned, such a golden era of the human race! 🙌🏼

Wasn't really "ahead of time." That time was mostly what everyone thinks they're trying to achieve now. Todays social persona is so unfortunately regressive. It's like some dystopian version of the 1940's and 50's. I wish young people today could feel as free as we did back then.

Interesting thing about nostalgia is in the old days in Greek the root of the word meant " homecoming" and "pain" and it was considered a disabling medically fatal condition. Basically the desire to go "home " but knowing you never can...😔

This song immediately transports us to a time full of energy, style and rebellion. It reminds us of the fashion of the 80s, with its voluminous hairstyles, its bright colors and its easygoing attitude. It evokes images of parties, discos and frenetic dancing. It makes us feel the excitement and fun of a golden age in pop music. But the nostalgia we feel for "She She Drives Me Crazy" goes beyond its aesthetics and its sound. This song represents a time when music was an integral part of our everyday lives. There were no streaming platforms or social networks, and music was enjoyed on the radio, on vinyl records and on MTV video clips. Each song had its own meaning and its own story, and became the soundtrack of our lives.
