What's about the accessory wire

The service manual says PNK wire is Remote. PUR is ACC.

What about the on the passenger side wires that run under the step thing

THT'AR'S WRONG THATS NOT REMOTE THAT IS POSITIVE AFTER IGNITION WITH KEY TO POSITION 2. REMOTE IS IN THE STEREO UNIT.

Is the remote wire same as the acc wire?

I think you're not actually referring to remote wire. It appears to me that you're referring to accessories wire.
