I wish I was handy so I could figure out the problem on our motorhome water heater. Our showers are barely warm. You have so many skills to fix your motorhome. I have good internet for a change so I going to give your play list a run for a few hours. I hit play all and I will check in to comment when I get a chance.

Thanks! It's a Disklock, I got it about a year ago, I think from an eBay seller. It seems pretty sturdy but I guess nothing will defeat a determined theif you can only hope to deter them 🤨

Contact Gary at Arcsystems; www.arcsystems.biz/ and he'll sort you out. I think my burner was away for around 3 weeks and cost about £100 but he did an excellent job and actually checks the whole thing over for you.

You didn't have to buy a new drain plug, as your "O" kit that you salvaged has some in, this is what I used.

@ttxela cheers pal, it's a one of a kind mine, it's a Herald, I've done it up nice inside and out though, will do a video with pics when I'm ready. My burner looks same as yours though, just takes 30 to 50 goes to get burning sometimes though, is that normal though. Will keep watching, please keep posting videos, they best ones for Talbot's I've seen on youtube

30 to 50 trys to light the Carver water heater is definitely not normal. After the refurbishment our just fired up straight away. Definitely sounds like it needs some attention. Is it badly corroded?

yes once and we could have done with you . We broke the handbrake and had to put it in for repairs. But l have realised already that a caravan is like a woman. 1.You have to treat them gently. 2. They make a lot of strange noises for no apparent reason. 😊
