She has such a beautiful face, love the hair colours and the make-up. It's nice that you got two and kept one as a mermaid, it's probably going to be quite rare in years to come as everyone seems to be buying the doll just to rebody her.

I completely agree - and that is honestly another reason why I wanted two - I knew I was going to rebody her but I really wanted one of her as she came - though I did pull her out of the box. I really like her a lot though and would like to get the open mouth Odile (with the dreamsicle tail) too. :D

Finding her was a thrill because I had been looking online at all the stores but nothing - so seeing her at Mattel was so exciting. I’m still looking for the open mouth Odile - would like one of her. 🤗 I’m sending you all the doll collecting woo to get your Odiles soon. 🤗🤗🤗

I hear that she might be more available in the US in April. So keep looking out! I'm wanting the tangerine tail Odile (she has an open mouth smile) - even the Mattel toy store didn't have her when I was there. Oh I just realized you are French - are located in France Mandy? I really hope you can get Odile - sending you all the good "find Odile" vibes I've got! :)

Oh thanks for popping by Milly! I know I was laughing that we both had success in each getting an Odile. I live in Northern California Bay Area which means that Los Angeles is about a 1.5 hour flight/6 hour drive away. So I lept at the chance to go to Mattel when I was there on business mid February. I couldn't find her anywhere in San Francisco or even on Amazon. I was really lucky to get her at Mattel - the shop girls said that they had none day the before I arrived and that they'd just put out the only two they had that morning. They said that they hadn't gotten any of the dreamsicle open mouthed Odiles at all. Soooo...the hunt is on! Haha! I'm so glad you got her and I love how you rebodied her. She looks very pretty! :)

Better than hot water for the switch of head is using heat from a heater or your hairdryer. It really don’t take long and it makes the head really soft and really easy to switch heads without breaking anything.

If you push the head down on the neck before trying to remove it, it will come off alot easier. 😊
