Finding Solace - a Cornwall Surf Story

A Short film showcasing surfing across Cornwall, and the story of how it become such a big part of my life. During some tough times, I found solace in the waves, chasing the swells, surfing glassy sunrises at Constantine, fiery sunsets at Fistral, stormy days getting blasted by the offshore winds at Praa Sands and more.

It's safe to say that 2021 was a tough year, as a result I stopped producing as much content and kind of fell into a creative rut. I was just surfing all the time, every day off usually consisted of a sunrise surf, sleep then sunset surf, but I filmed alot of my sessions and after many nights in the editing suite "Finding Solace" came to life. I'm stoked to produce something again 🙌📽🍻 Here's to telling stories, following your passion, and hopefully inspiring others to do the same🌅🌊❤🎬

Just found your channel love this video Cornwall is just amazing place to live. I was born in hayle and lived here for all my 62 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I didn't start bodyboarding until i was 42 and love pulling the fins on and getting in the ocean now thanks to you and this video i have to make more effort and get for a early dawn surf. Thanks for sharing. 🤙🌊🌊🌊

This is a crazy edit man. Love the footage. I am trying to put a very similar video together for my channel mainly for myself. you have made my footage look like child’s play and hope Along my journey of progress to make something half as good! I can relate in so many ways to how you explain this. I have only just moved my family down here to follow my passion with the waves and wonders of Cornwall so might see you about some time.
