I love the mist spray, Alicia. I literally make a mantra every time I spray (twice a day). Surprisingly, this routine has changed how I start my mornings.

I’ve been feeling unconnected from myself and source and when I try to meditate I can’t unless I’m going to sleep but this just motivated me to try again and get back on track with my spiritual journey🙌🏽

Spiritual journey is a long , rough and lonely road. We have to face sides of ourselves we don’t want to. We fall back many times because we live in a physical , mental and now digital world simultaneously where we often lose our spiritual self and only connect with it momentarily. But this long, lonely road with practice and patience leads us to our spiritual self , this unity is sustained and now there’s no longer loneliness , only interconnectedness with the entire universe. 🙏

If we dive deep into the journey of spirituality, with practice we realize the sufferings created with the attachments we humans have with beliefs , thoughts , emotions, identity and all other mental constructs. We tend to hold on to these constructs and defend it with all our might. My point here is- letting go of the need to rigidly identify with or someone else to acknowledge our identity cease to exist as we grow spiritually because in the end every one of us, the whole of existence, the universe is the same energy manifested in different forms.All we need is a will to connect with our spiritual selves and discipline so as not to hold on to these mental constructs and mistaken it with identity so much to a point it creates division. (Which is very apparent in our world) If we look deeper we all are the same , running around in the physical world trying to find validation , meaning or union in this existence externally when all the answers are right within. 🙏

@@ccai4213 yeah i understand that true meaning and acceptance lies within but that doesn't mean we should take away the value of external validation that trans people rarely get :) In a world where being transgender/gender-nonconforming is still very looked down on and can even get us killed, being acknowledged/accepted by people that inspire (such as Alicia Keys) is very important. Both for trans people, because it can give them hope and make them feel safe with a creator, and also for other people who might not accept trans people. Alicia Keys acknowleding that we exist, sends a message to people outside of the trans community that she stands with us and supports us, not them.

Repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Jesus came down on earth to live a perfect life and sacrificed himself to pay for all of our sins. He resurrected 3 days later. If you trust in him and his punishment he took on the cross for you, then you may have eternal life as he was raised from the dead, so will you into heaven. Otherwise, you must pay for your own sins in hell for all eternity as the wages of sin is death. This is a message from God. Get right with him as soon as possible; Jesus is coming back very soon!
