Today I am showing you a home tour of a cute Ranch Style home located in Arlington, TX. I am also discussing the necessary need to ensure when moving to a new State. Whew! The unforseen things that can happen!
My Client didn't end up getting this home, but I did find her another 3bd/2bth that worked out for her.

Nice home! 🤩 I really like when you add that little bit of history into it when going through the house. (Ex: in the 50’s they wouldn’t need big closets like we have these days 😅)

The house 🏠 is nice. I'm glad under the circumstances, you were able to find her and her kids a house. Every time you said you liked the light fixtures, I did too, "cameraman" was internally groaning with $$ signs flashing in his head am possibly a trip or two Nebraska Furniture Mart and or Lamps Plus too browse their lighting inventory lol.

Yes, she and her kiddos are here and settled and in their new home they are so happy. Omg He said they were girly lol but I loved the fixtures! They did a great job with the upgrades.
