Just prayed, Samuel!

True words. After praying for 40 years with no end to my struggles, God came through a month ago and answer my prayers. It was so hard and painful, but I always knew one day my pain and hurt will disappear like mist before the sun….. and it did!🙏

I am in a trial right now and God keeps telling me to embrace it. He wants me to TRUST HIM no matter the situation.

Louie changed my life in middle school, 13/14 years old and our youth leader had us watch indescribable, and over 10 years later he sets my heart on fire and leads me back to the path our God intended for me. The best thing is he is such a visual speaker, always something to show us how great our god truly is

Seeking an inspirational message on joy and found this. This is not the path I thought led to joy. This is the path we try at all costs to avoid. It takes faith to trust that pain, disappointment, broken dreams and trials of all hues lead to eternal joy. It’s so clear; how did I miss this?

Facing what we are currently facing, the world, like never before (or rather like ALWAYS before) needs a SOLID theology of suffering. We must grow the resilience muscle. Thank you for articulating it well, Louie. An "I can do ALL things" attitude leads to life, but a "I cannot do this" attitude sadly too often leads to giving up. God help us all.

I needed this….I have been gaining so much from listening to your preaching/teachings/sharing/sermons…some how none of these seems to describe your presentation style…anointed however does! keep on keeping on with our Jesus!!!

The Book of James has been a real challenge to me with the trials God has allowed me to endure over the past 8 years. Praying that my heart can be strengthened and count it all joy as I process life. My faith maturity is lacking, that is for sure.

Amen! I Think We get so used to instant gratification, that We expect Gods work to be done in an instant. The fact is it can take years for Gods work to be complete! He knows what He’s doing, can You trust Him?

🙏🏻 thank you for this message. Lately I've been told by my brother that my faith is rank, which ended in us falling out. I apologised for my harsh words but my brother still isn't talking to me. I have ms. I lost my fiance to brain cancer. Times have been tough but I've kept my faith. I need to learn to grow up with it and find joy in these hard times. Thank you for your wonderful message. For the last 7 months, I have been in excruciating pain. Pain so strong I cannot do anything except hurt. Pain that makes it impossible even to think. I kept thinking of Job and his questions to God about “why”. I knew why was the wrong question to ask. I prayed for relief and for his grace to endure. You answered the “why” question today for me even though I refused to ask why. “That I may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.” Thank you for the reminder. Today I will rejoice in my suffering knowing what God is doing for me.
