Pitt, you’re just the cutest thing ever. We’ve all been deer in the headlights in class.

Once he said "Get Out" Jamal should've said "Crawford"

I like how the thirsty Claire girl runs after him after he got kicked out - I just looked this up after realizing that she is the lead on the show Flack on Showtime.

If the teacher was smart, he could've just brushed it off politely by playing dumb and say, "Thank you for bringing it to my attention." Teachers make mistakes too.

The problem was the teacher was cocky and condescendent to Jamal because he is a black man from the Bronx and he is not worth to attend to his class ,that teachers thought that the only reason why Jamal was there was because he was good at bascketball so he treated him as another dumb miserable athlete only brought to bounce a ball in the name of an institution wich he it's not Even worth to be a janitor .... I dunno You Buy i would be as upset as Jamal was because his intelligence was what got him there and wouldnt hessitate to put him on his place.

When I've corrected teachers/professors I did it in a polite and professional way, they were all very cordial about it. Just like everyone else, always learning. I seriously never liked how Professor Crawford came about Jamal just because of his background. Challenging him out of unprofessionalism fueled by his dislike from kids who grew up in not so pleasant environments. I grew up in the ghetto and came by quite a few classmates with hidden talents, goes to show who actually has a brain. I would have complained to the dean, requested for his behavior to be monitored during his classes. It's unfortunate that discrimination will never cease to exist in some people.

It's pretty obvious when a professor is constantly saying your name multiple times in a row that pertains to his question, really shocked that kid didn't notice until Jamal said something.

Professor is a condescending, pompous egomaniac. He needed to be taught a lesson.
