I’m so happy to see a new video from you! Get orthotics to fit in your shoes for your feet Liz. It stretches out the tendons and provides fantastic arch support. It cures your plantar fasciitis and prevents it from coming back!
I seriously get so excited when I see a new video from you two Aussie legends! They look beautiful Wal and Liz! And the wire wrapped one at the end!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 Just spectacular!!!!
Its great to see another vids from. Get morning going. Thanks
Nice seeing you and Wal. How's Pedro? Very cool to see the rough stones after you work your magic on them. See ya next time!

Great to see you guys again. Beautiful specimens. I live in the Copper Country Keweenaw Peninsula Michigan, but it's hard to find good samples because we have solid copper. Thanks for the wonderful video.
Fantastic Stones.. Can’t wait to see them in all their splendor as Jewlery.. Hope your both well and Pedro also. Cheers Tony 👍🤓🍺⛏

Lovely Liz and Wal - we miss you! Sorry about your foot, it is painful, sturdy shoes & plenty of support helped me. So many rocks truly are hidden treasure, aren't they? 👍🐾⛏💎😎
just stunning! i've had that plantars fascitis, its awful! put lots of padding in your heels and rest! good to see you two!
You're back! I was worried you or Wal were ill or something! Love your videos. You ar so Full of energy! Of course, rocks gems, and minerals are always interesting too.
For the plantar fasciitis, look up vionic orthaheel shoe inserts and shoes. They are unlike anything. Theres this bit thats about the size of a finger that goes across just at the front of your heel pad and stretches the ligament thats causing all the pain. Instant relief! Its not just an arch support. It has a nice arch suppirt, but that weird roll going across just in front of your heel, bliss! I know I sound like an advertisement, but I had PF so bad I could hardly walk. Dr wanted to do cortisone shots or surgery. No way! Looked for alternative, found orthaheel insoles, wore them every moment standing ir walking for 6 months, then just off and on another 6 months, and not at all the last 8 years. No more plantar fasciitis pain! Love your vids! Hope your feet feel better soon so you can find more gorgeous stones!
Love you and Wally, Liz. Your jewelry is beautiful and I always enjoy going on adventures with you both. 😊
Wow Liz, such good eyes and artistic talent.
Thanks for posting videos of your wonderful rock hunting adventures. You are such a delightful person to watch and to share your enthusiasm. I love binging on your videos. Being an avid silversmith and lover of beautiful stones myself, your videos inspire me to go out and work in the studio.

We both enjoy the information you provide from your vast knowledge. My daughter loves pretty rocks too and loves that you call rocks pretty also 😁👍 We are now looking at getting a fossicking license in nsw to roam the bush and noodle. Now that we know from your experience what and where to look out for, we are super excited to find some pretty rocks and wonderful treasures. Thank you to you and your hubby and also baby Pedro 💖💖💖

Liz, What a blessing to be able to see such beautiful treasures from secret places! 😍 I’m so happy for you. I can’t even imagine... I’ve been walking a difficult path for the last four years, regarding my health. Seeing this reminded me of the promise God gave me...to use this season to bring forth treasures. Not monetary, of course, but treasures, none the less. I just had to share it with you. I believe that as you’ve seen these beautiful things brought out of the darkness, it will have great meaning for you, too. 😊 I hope your foot is better soon! God bless you! Jacqui It’s Isaiah 45:3 “And I will give you treasures hidden in the darkness- secret riches. I will do this so you may know that I am the LORD, the God of Israel, the one who calls you by name.”
That pendant turned out absolutely gorgeous, what a wonderful way to use that crystal-covered piece! Love seeing a specimen like that turned into jewellery without losing its natural charm :D Thanks for always being an inspiration Liz ❤ Will you be going somewhere looking for sapphires or rubies this year?
You're so wacky, Liz. And blessed.
Great video. Health in your labor.

AWESOME BLOSSOM 🌷🎶🎵🥀 BEAUTIFUL! I've missed you. So happy to see awesome stones of beauty. I've had a fall and shattered both the Tibula (completely, plus a crack) and Fibia. Now I have an ankle full of metal and screws on both sides and am confined mostly indoors. Today is okay to be inside as there are high winds outside 40mph plus gusts of 60plus. I cannot tolerate the winds. Then we are also threatened with great thunderstorms, lightening and possible flooding. 🎵🎶So hapoy to see you both🎶🎵

Damn so glad to see a video. I was getting all negative, so glad you and yours are ok!!
When I was a kid we had a school and on the property was all this Azurite in the ground and we use to dig out clumps of it during recess. It never occurred to us it was valuable - to us in 2nd grade it was just a pretty rock.

I've had Planters Fasciitis before. It lasted for several months and made it difficult to walk. Very painful to.
Surgery is not always necessary for plantar fasciitis. One of the primary issues is inflammation. Freezing water in a plastic water bottle, and wrapping it with a thick sock, makes for a great therapy/treatment. Simply put your bare foot on the bottle and roll it back and forth for about twenty minutes at a time, freezing in between. Do this multiple times, daily. Hope you get better soon!

You pronounced your foot ailment correctly. My wife has occasional flare ups. The first thing to do is get shoes that help with it but surgery is the only way to fix it! The buildup of bone and calcified material in the toe joints is the problem. My wife had good luck with the specially made shoes. She’s an OR RN by trade and won’t do the surgery. They go in and remove the bone buildup. It sounds pretty simple but watching the surgery is rough though. They peel back your skin and hammer away. To see a foot peeled back seems gruesome but all surgeries seem gruesome to us average people. I hope your foot gets better.
👌Very nice! I would love to see how you polish these! I have a small bucket full that was given to me that I'm not sure how to cut or polish. Would love to make some beautiful jewelry with if I had the know how. Please share if at all possible. Thanks for another great adventure😎👍

Oh no!!! I had Plantar Fasciitis too for almost a year,; the pain waxed and waned. Two things helped me immensely: in the last 3 months of that year every night I wore a soft foot brace to bed, that kept my sore foot in the flexed position so that healing overnight happened on the tissues in the flexed position. When you sleep with your feet relaxed /pointed, whatever healing took place in the tendon would tear afresh when I took my first steps getting out of bed! The second thing was, during the day, stopping periodically to stretch; grab the top of your toes and flex your foot - pulling your toes towards your knees as much as you can to flex that tendon fully on the bottom of your foot. Days when it hurt a lot, Epsom salt foot baths, Voltaren Amulgel for topical pain management. Wear insoles (Dr Scholls sells them specifically for Plantar Fasciitis, but there are other brands) where possible to cushion your foot if your insoles are flat in your shoes- eases the stress on your instep. Hope this helps! It may take a while but when I started to do all these things consistently the injury healed fully and hasn’t been an issue since, 1 yr+. Best wishes on your recovery- we’ve missed you, esp your happy singing when you find something good!

Wow, that looked like fun, and the pieces cleaned up just beautiful. Love the wire-wrapped piece! Sorry to hear your PF is giving you fits, I noticed others in the comment section recommended orthotics--they helped my Mom tremendously, and is less "invasive" than cortisone shots and such. How's Pedro doing? Give him a nice scratching for us, won't you? Again, fun video, enjoyed watching with my morning coffee. Cheers and love from south central America!

It means different things 'He grounded his opinion on long experience.', 'The ship grounded on the sandbank.' 'The pilot got grounded for being drunk on duty.' and more.
