This song gave me hope. This song deserves an award.

I've had this song on a country playlist on my Spotify for a while but never really listened to it. Been going through one of the roughest patches of my life because I've got a friend who is adding people to the house he and a few guys lease and wanted me to move in as well as a friend of mine from the college we go to. I texted my friend about it as he said he was interested but he hasn't said a word since then to me in any capacity. It hurts too cause we have been growing closer over the last year or so. Then I heard this song. Haven't been able to stop listening to it. I hear a lot of my own life in the words and it makes this whole thing hurt a little less.

First watched Cars when I was like 4 years old in 2006. Now I'm 17 grinding through IBDP, even though I haven't rly touched Cars since 2017, listening back to this song gave me the motivation to learn from my mistakes and keep moving forward no matter what obstacles try to stop you from reaching your goal. Treasure everyone around you, life's short, enjoy it while you still can.

Have to admit I'm not a fan of Country music but man this song is awesome and it sure makes you appreciate and love this kind of music..Love it!!!

This song will remind me of when I went to Thailand for my mission trip. Thinking that it'll all be just like a normal camp. Not ever thinking that i'll make such great friends and start to rethink my life because of the short period which I lived with them. And they really changed my life. Wished I spent more time there. The friends there that I made i'll never forget, and this song reinforces it.

Sad thing is I've been looking for this song forever. I lucked into my old copy of Cars and got to the credits and it hit me. This is such a gorgeous song, I played it for my father for his sixtieth birthday.

This song...just...it has so much meaning and emotion behind it. One of my favorite parts about Cars was the soundtrack, it was so underrated; and this is without a doubt one of the best songs in the film.

This song makes me think of my years in undergrad. That was when I really discovered myself, as I'm sure it was for most people older than 21. The chorus of this song really describes how I felt during those five years. I thought I knew what I was going to do, but life took me on so many turns and twists, some good and some bad... Ultimately they were all for the best, because I'm so much more confident in myself. I think I might have found myself at last.

this song takes the modern people of today who move forward so fast and are rude to each other and oblivious and says whats right for everyone,to just slow down and take life day by day and charrish your loved one!!

This song seriously helped me so much in my preteens and early teens. In short, this song was such an encouragement for me as I was going through a severely deadly depression at the time. Contemplated suicide for several months when I was 12..... This song was one of the many things that helped me keep going. Gave me a reason to move on and look forward to a hopefully brighter future. I'm 21 now, and realize that life has had so many wonderful things to offer. Sill have yet to "meet the one... who's everything I want and more". But I firmly believe one day my princess will come, someway somehow. I've made it this far, so who's to say she won't?

" 'Cause sometimes when you lose your way, it's really just as well" then I see Doc drifting on dirt with these old racing tyres of his next to his 1951 Piston Cup. That scene is worth watching the entire move and very beautiful!

Indrit Gjonku 12 and a half years later almost i am still surprised of how much heart Doc's past and eventual return brought to the story. And that summer of 06 was my first as a teenager. I just didnt see that Piston Cup reveal coming or the 1954 crash headline.

Love the song, it made me look back at my junior year - senior year. Made me realize that the ones are with me like my friends and my family will always be with me and within my heart and it made cry with a little joy and happiness to have them on my side.

This definitely reminds me of someone I know...she was so sure she found the one, but ended up going through a lot of heartache while married to him, and eventually got divorced. She now carries a big scar as long as she lives. She is living proof of why we need to be wise when choosing the person that we wanna spend the rest of our lives with.

Donald Bleach Love the song. But I'm a super big die hard fan of Cars. First movie came out when I was 2. In theaters, I remember being with my dad and family, everyone in the theaters laughing and all. Nowadays, it's just, man. Wish those days can come back! 😭😪

I know for me personally I have been on lockdown for over 5 years. First my wife's mother got sick and passed away and it put me in a funk. And then two weeks later I went to go visit my mother and found her on the floor and had to move her in with me she she contained to herself her medical issues she live with me in my home for almost a year and a half before she passed away in two days later the coronavirus put everything on lockdown. In 2016 I retired but I have not been able to really enjoy my retirement although I had it mapped out perfectly. Sometimes life goes your car ball and things just don't happen the way you plan them and you have to find yourself all over again. All I can say is continue to live and try to do your best. For 5 years I've been on lockdown and I found myself being depressed and in a state of darkness. And I'm trying to still find myself and move on and spend the rest of my life not in darkness but find purpose in life. The statement still holds true love your neighbor as you love yourself. Regardless over the government in the world wants to tell us if we don't come together as human beings we will be in eternal darkness. Peace and blessings to all trust each other look after one another for all human beings on this one planet that we all share.

Well I lost the best girl in the world, she was everything to me. Last monday she said she didn't feel the same about us anymore, and I keep wondering if there was something I could have done. Whether I get her back, as much as that would be a gift sent from heaven...... As long as she's happy I could care less about myself. I want her to just be happy. But in the past few days I have had time to think about what I have done.... and wish I could have one last chance from god to fix what I broke.
