If you can identify the rows properly, then mark common number to these rows and sort.

Hi, the function key to apply dollar sign is F4.

This helped, I just don't understand how to get the name to display in the top 3 list. I tried using INDEX, but it just gives me an error no matter what I try :(

How to find rank region wise?

Hi, whether Region-wise or Performance-wise, you need numbers for ranking. So keep some performance/achievement numbers associated with the Region. Then use RANK to use smallest to largest (ascending), if you want smallest number in the list of values, as Rank 1. Else use RANK largest to smallest (descending). RANK(Number, Range of Numbers, Order)

My comments is why locked data

When we copy formula, cell addresses should normally be locked. In a new column along the table however, we can avoid locking. But ranges should always be locked while copying. (Apologies for delayed reply).

What if the value is duplicate? For example, I'm showing the name of the Top 1 value, but since there are duplicate value, it is showing two names instead of 1 name only. Please help me I'm stuck.

Hi, formula locking is done using $ sign in range or cells. If you want formula lock meaning protection then that depends upon sheet protection. Planning a common video to explain these two things together to clear any doubts. Kindly wait for some days. Thanks.
