Thanks.. But how to calculate internet rate ordinary annuity
thank you for saving my day sir :)
how can we directly divide 44 installments by 12. no exact span given
what should i do if there's no regular payment given?
Log1.004 = .0017 And Log .84= .09243 Is it right?
Why is your "R" a positive $250 ? If you borrowed a positive $10,000 , shouldn't your payment be a negative -$250? Thanks.

@@droppingpearl i appreciate the response, but I believe he is solving for the number of months to pay off the loan. You can't receive a positive 100,000 and then continue to receive a positive 250 every month. If a bank loans you positive 100k, your payments to the bank would be a negative 250 until the loan is paid off in X number of months. I run these calculations with excel and financial calculators all the time....but admittedly I am not nearly as good with the equations... which is why I was wondering why it is a positive 250 in the equation, when the cash flow is most certainly negative.
How did you find 3 years 8 months You found 3,6

I know I'm late, but for anyone with the same question: 3.666 years ≠ 3 years 6 months because there are 12 months in a year (whereas decimals work in increments of 10), so you must multiply the 0.666 by 12 to convert it into months in a year. The answer is 7.992, which is then rounded up to 8 months.

@@minutemike3052 what if it doesn’t have a repeating decimal?
How did 3 years and 8 months come from 3.6 ?
@MathematicsTutor

it is 3.666. 0.666 is more than 7 months
Thank you! Can I ask where "6666x12" came from? 5:31
did not work
Why did you take 1200 ?

12 for 12 months in a year as it is compounded monthly, 100 for percent. Hope that helps. Thanks
