    I dont understand why no one computes QUARTERLY dividends. Most of them pay quarterly. I cant find it for the life of me on KZread. HELP!

    Isn't Price of stock for constant growth of dividend with rate of return value to be: Div*(1+g)/(1+r), there for to find price of stock as present value for multiple years, years = n, then you need to account of each year. div*(1+g)/(1+r) + div*(1+g)^2/(1+r)^2 + ...

    For constant growth of dividend we have: Div(1+g)/(r-g)

    "Price 2" means price at the end of the 2nd year.
