what is the most expensive, and the least expensive, houses you have bought or sold as a realtor? where about were they ?

Hi! I have sold a $3Million house, it was considered the cheapest house in the most expensive part of Boca Raton neighborhood called Royal Palm, the security guards are Boca Raton Police Officers...they stripped it down to just the cinder blocks and spending $2Million into remodeling it...they plan to sell in a couple years and then buy a $10Million home with me. They are friends of mine from California. The cheapest is $200,000 condo in Wilton Manors next to the drive, it was an investor I helped to sell it , and another investor bought it with tenant in place. Sold in 2 days, 3 offers that was a few months ago.

@@AdelaPhilipson your going to co-own a house with someone else, and all live there ? i co-owned a car with someone when i was young, it didn't go well. i made him buy me out.

I agree, that was a very nice home and neighborhood, near Tree Tops Park. High celiings, spacious, and great backyard with pool. Davie has a wonderful charm and they still have the nature outdoor feel opposite of city lifestyle. They just had the Rodeo 10 days ago, sold out.
All the hotties are in the warmer states;
