You should check 2 player co-op cooking since you have 2 switches. 1 person gets the effect with just few non-herba incredients, and another player resets after using their herbas, getting +3 shining/encounter cheaply. My friend used me as herba slave when hunting her paradox mons.

It is not even moderately difficult to make sandwiches using any herba mystica.

you should look into the cucumber + pickle + 3 specific ingredient sandwich recipes, they allow you to be a lot more flexible with your herba mystica and you don't have to track down super specific flavors

I remember beat scarlet (my main version) then grinding herba for HOURS and then got all 7 paradox pokemon allowing for my first targeted hunt in scarlet and violet to be scream tail. On top of that I only phased once on a medetite while hunting slither wing

I already have all the Shiny Past and Future Paradox Pokemon with Shiny Sandy Shocks being the last Shiny Past Paradox form and Shiny Iron Moth being the last Shiny Future Paradox form that I needed.

i've gotten multiple of some of these paradox mons shiny, my current goal is to get all of them shiny with destiny mark, the spawns of some of them are pain specially roaring moon

When I hunted roaring moon I got 8 shiny zwelious, 5 shiny gibble, 2 shiny sneasel, and 1 shiny espeon before I got 1 shiny roaring moon. I hunted for 8 hours

I thought you just needed 2 salty and one of a different ingredient and that was it for any type. That's what I've been using and it's always worked.

for most of the types, but some don’t work with js 2 salty without some weird and impossible recipe with a ton of ingredients

I still don't have a 200TH shiny yet but my first was a full odd marrep before the first badge and my newest shiny was a mudbray

I am very greatfull as I was doing some surprise trades and got a lvl 100 rowlet!

I got 8 shiny zweilous, 1 shiny gabite and 1 shiny give before roaring moon. I reset over 1 of the zweilous, and I failed another so now I just have a row of green zweilous in my box lol

The NPC's that help you during your raids will stay the same until you make them change. This helps because you can get a good team of NPC's and keep them to continue raiding. To change them, challenge with friends and then just start the raid. This should give you new teammates. They will stay until you do the challenge with friends again.
