Generally, the majority of the companies will not prefer a fresher for the role of a financial controller.
Is there any course or certification of financial controller ?

Yes, there are several courses and certifications specifically designed for financial controllers :)
You always make answers based on people who have experience for years ... someone who is struggling to pass interview without experience doesn't get much from your advice...I think experienced people don't have much problem to get next job but recent graduate face the problems to get at least first kick in the career...I would love to hear sometime your interview answers based on people like me

To be a controller, you typically need years of experience in order to apply for that. It's not an entry-level job.
