Asheville weekly is KZread gold. Absolutely addictive viewing. 🎉🎉
Tyre fitting machine is a game changer ,and so fast

Plus a bit of rain cover, winters coming.
I love the fact you talk about SEO for your website. SO MANY business owners neglect it and don't understand the value!
Give the tyre man cover shelter. And the amount of tyres should get him a tyre stripping machine to save his knees.

Agreed some scaffold over head with tin would be nice for the fitter
What I love about this content is you get the see the raw emotions of running a business. Hardships and struggles are common, and Daniel has no intentions of hiding that. A reminder that we're capable of much more than we think.
The banter between mr Odonovan & Daniel is choice ,what a brilliant friendship ,greetings from Barbados 🌴😎⛳️well done and I’m not in the yard !!! Love the content Daniel ,looking forward to your program ,all the best
Hi Daniel, There is an American veteran named Crispy who was severely injured on an overseas deployment and has lived in agony with his injuries for years. He recently did a KZread video on SC treatments in Columbia and raved about the success it had on his quality of life. Well worth a watch if you're considering going that way. Thanks for the video too. Cheers
I'm in no way connected to construction in any way, but these vlogs are thorougly entertaining and i look forward to every weeks.
I love that they turned on the wheel wash on you. That tells you the guys like you! If they hated you or disliked you they would avoid you.
16:00 On a serious note, I had a car accident a few years ago and had nerve damage in my neck and back all the way to numbness in my hands and legs. My doctors recommended stem cell therapy with steroid injections. Partially due to my size and partially due to the nerve damage being with the physical. I did my research to a degree (I trust my doctors) and it was the option that had the highest benefit with the least amount of catastrophic negatives. Now two years after the end of my therapy it's like the accident never happened, your results may vary obviously but it is an option, it's just going to probably be the most expensive one. But then what is your physical well being worth.

Not sure if he ends up getting it done but I saw in a newer vid that the surgery didn’t work. If he hasn’t yet done stem cells he needs to do it!
Dan u are 200% right u have to invest in yourself first then in your business,I hope your shoulder will heal cheers
Very true what you are saying at the end, tomorrow is promised to no one and the need for business to diversify and for us as people to continue learning is paramount. Another great video, keep them coming
I enjoy watching Ashville weekly on a Sunday evening, always great content. Go Daniel
Brilliant video Daniel keep it up can't beat how in-depth you going into your video's
Go for the stem cell mate. My wife has had it in her knee recently and has made a massive difference to her pain levels and walks so much better.
Dan, honestly hats off to you. You’re a massive inspiration and i have been watching your content for awhile. I look up to you, you’re a massive inspiration! you and the team work very hard, keep up the great work and content. Pleasure to watch 🤘🏾🤘🏾
I am retired but previously ran my own business. You must opt for the three year policy . You can take risks with futuristic decisions but not day to day ones . Minimise the risk as much as possible, even if it costs more.
Hey Daniel, as I’ve only been watching Asheville for a few months now, I took a look at EP 003. You have come a long way baby. Hats off!
bring back ashville story time 😆

I miss it too😊
Thank you - this is a must view weekly channel 👍👍
Absolutely fascinating Daniel!!!! You are like “The Terminator”, you just keep going!!!!!! Phenomenal 👍👌💥
finallyyy, had to run to insta to kill some time as i wait for the upload, great content out there
Sunday morning with ashville 👌👌
Hey Daniel. It might be worth getting in touch with someone like Adam Meakins. He's a UK based physiotherapist who has specialised experience in shoulder management. I know that he stays across the best current evidence around pain and injury management so it could be helpful to discuss treatment options with him. I really appreciate your content and the work you put in - keep it up!
I dont miss this Sunday episode
Sunday morning we’re in the Yard.
Stem cell treatment is the real deal and very cutting edge. Our Dog (yes I know, but the process is the same) it was 7.5 million stem cells per joint and the improvements were amazing. I mean unreal.
Another fabulous video ❤❤❤🎉🎉
bro is just dropping knowledge left right and centre
Love the business insight priceless🎉🎉🎉
Nice of you to paint your new tippers in O Donovan colours 😂😂
Great Motto in Business.....Sweat the Assets
Hi Daniel, love your channel watched you from the beginning keep seeing you returning to my town in Spain. I have a building company here with lorries diggers building new builds and reforms. I would love to show you around here. Thanks Chris
Another great video Daniel.
"The project manager that nobody asked for"lmao oh my days this bruddah unahhh
Awesome episode 🔥🔥
On our system we have rates part on each job that we can manually amend onto system and add extra charges on top with breakdowns etc
Proper grafter ! Mad stressful lifestyle take my hat off to you !
Brilliant that's made my day ❤❤
Hey Daniel, been driving XC60 for the past 2 years - love it. Super comfortable, interior is awesome, driving is nice and still in love with it each time I look at it parked. Great car. Probably too simple for you. One downside is that there is this thinking that Volvo are dads' cars :))
It's 3 am in New York let's go
Thanks for showing some skin this week :) it's ALWAYS appreciated. :)
Yow my brother long time nuh watch ashvill am tuned back in
Daniel be careful taking a 3 year deal on your vehicle insurance. In my experience (25+ in commercial insurance) the only people who benefit is the insurance companies because you’re tied to them for 3 years, BUT as far as I’m aware they can still increase the rate per vehicle every year at renewal.
Get a wiper delete kit for the fiesta, will look much smarter and all reversable
Absolutely brillant dan your some trier love your videos and fair play to u hope you get bigger and better dan
Sunday arvo I'm on the lounger in the alfresco.,overlooking the pool and 25 deg
Hopefully your acoustic glazing is 8.8 lami tough inside with 4mm lami tough on outer Probably better with aluminium frames given the over all sizes as well as colour which would be better for expansion and contraction on those hot summer days especially if south facing
I love Ashville it’s awesome 😁😁👌❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Dan look for “delete my wiper” it’s a big thing in the Volkswagen car scene… they sell a small circular glass that’ll look much cleaner and neater for Flows vehicle (it costs pennies btw)
Regarding your shoulder. Hook up with Eddie Hall for advice. Professional strongmen have had to rehabilitate them selves whilst maintaing their strength lots. Eddie has used stemcell treatment too. Your in pain, your body is saying stop rest and repair. take it easy..
2:04 absolutely chisseled jawline!
Hi Daniel. great video. Why not go for 10Gbe rather than thunderbolt - much better longterm and probably not as expensive. Btw, have you looked at NFU insurance - they do our farm and couldn't be better warriors on our behalf! Love your videos and your openness. Learn so much from you- shame i am retired and won't be using it for myself.
Best part of my weekend
Another great video and insight. What Apple Watch strap are you using. I need to protect mine at work on rolonoff.
An XC 60 would be much nicer and better than any Land Rover Daniel. For a man in your position its an XC90 you need. Love your channel and the banter with O'Donovan keep up the great work, regards, Liam in Cork. Ohh thats where Mike is from West Cork cowboy territory😂

Daniel is looking after an image. Even if he wanted an Xc90, it would not be a clever move to be seen in one regardless of the car quality. I doubt that Urban would touch a XC with a barge pole
id love to hear how you got into construction, would be a great video! hope you or your team sees this!!
Sending some love Danny boy. 💚👊💥
😊 great keep going my man
Man that white van has been in that garage for at least 100 episodes I swear
The vinyl on the rear window is called Contra-Vision. Its not a security film though, just a vinyl.
If you take the back off the boot of flos car you can remove the entire window wiper mechanism and put a rubber gromet in the hold, looks much cleaner and stops mechanism getting rusted 👌👌
I have more punctures on my tippers during winter months as sites and landfills go to pot. Rebar and bricks
Contra vision is what on the back window of the van 👍
Great content...
Daniel, stem cell is worth it. My local health authority here in London, Ontario, Canada (which also has a world renown medical research division, along with a world class university in the city, that has a top 10 (9th) overall ranking worldwide by The Times) has an entire stem cell transplant division. I've known people to be treated with stem cells, they can't say enough good things.
Would love to see you get you own property and see you build it from the start

I think that was his plan when buying land in St Lucia. Daniel was going to have the penthouse in Ashville Heights. I think his ideas have since changed and iirc he was looking for another parcel of land. I can't see him building from scratch in London. He has an apartment there which must cost an absolute fortune and then to pay for garaging for two vehicles as well, its such a lot of money. To build on his own land he would need to come away from the Heathrow area so as to get his money worth of land but then it would mean a longer commute into work.
Wow your a proper work horse you need to steady down a bit and watch what your eating if your have Joint problems just saying. Your attitude and ability is outstanding and I wish you every success love watching the vids thanks.
adding bows to the string 🤣I get the picture though,
Insurance: incentivise drivers with cash bonuses to be safer on the roads and use technology, such as telematics, to assess key aspects of their driving styles. Drivers may decide, in order to qualify for their monthly bonus, they will be more observant and exercise company-defined standards on a daily basis. All in an effort to reduce costs on the company, so money can be spent elsewhere. Other companies do it.
@Stubzgaming

Telematics are in every new vehicle just incase you didn't know . great idea though but I can't see it being viable
@amogrows

@@Stubzgaming Driver performance monitoring systems go a step beyond factory-fitted telematics. A fleet operator ought to be able to compile, sort and analyse real time metrics of all instances of harsh braking, harsh acceleration, harsh cornering, engine idling, overspeed, green band driving etc and be able to score and categorise driver performance before having a discussion about the results. The manner in which a vehicle is driven could be relative to some of the costs associated with keeping that vehicle on the road. Look up *Microlise Fleet Driver Management* if you want more information. Like I said, other companies do it. And I know first hand that they do it. There is also leverage to use the data to boot consistently poor performing drivers off the team. IJS
Look into BPC 157, that is a wonder peptide for healing those sorts of injuries
Love the videos! Anyone knows the mic and camera Daniel uses?
Man got some 💪🏿💪🏿
With the windows could you have openers at each end either push out or side hung then fixed middle section ?
Hey Daniel. Try 1st Buisiness finance based in Kent. They specialise in asset financing especially for machinery and trucks.
Dan & don need their own show lol
I'm a farmer, I'm struggling like hell with my shoulder at the moment, been a month now and im still in complete agony. Feels like ice ripped a muscle. I might even have togoi to a doctor, thats how bad it is 😂😂😂
PRP and Stem cell is the move my boy.
The Volvo' are a very nice drive... 💯 %
great vlog
Ashville is 👍 great
Can we please have an inside on the skip bin side of the company ... How much percentage do it adds to the business? where does the wastage go to? Who in the comapny is in charge of that department? How many skip trucks do you have? Does it happen that someone steals a skip bin left on site? Are skip bins insuranced. Can u please please please please can we record more on skips and the property business, I u still selling the flats u once renovated or they are rented
Get yourself a few walking floor bulkers and get on the waste transfer
Daniel, why don't you fit three part aluminium sliding patio door instead of window?
Keep up the good work
For your injury you should try "Platelet-Rich Plasma Therapy: Using Your Own Blood to Heal" basically they take your own blood put it in a centrifuge spin it up and take the white and clear parts the parts that repair out of it and inject it at the injury site. It is newer technology. It's used by professional athletes to recover from injuries faster and promote healing. But, I would see it only as a stop gap until you can get the stem cell stuff lined up etc. But it should help in the mean time.
6:50 Johnny looks like jesse from breaking bad 😂😂😂
Regarding monitoring your drivers when out. Verizon do a tracking system for the truck which also has an Incab camera and uses AI to make sure the driver is driving safe. Not endorsed by them but got offered the system in our work

Plug QNAP into your switch and have the team map a network drive to it.

Thunderbolt 4: 40Gbps Ethernet via USB3: 2.5 Gbps So, say again?
At 175 beats per minute. I would be dead. You are one fit dude.
Stem cell is the best thing to do brian Shaw had it done 2 times now 2 different body parts and repairs really well
Daniel, love your videos. However, believe you have made a error on the betterment of triple glazing over double. The best double glazing you can get is at 1.2w/m2. Triple glazing can go down from 0.8w/2. The betterment is greater than 10%. Triple glazing when I purchase is not 50% greater in cost to double glazing. In fact it can be cheaper than double glazing 🙂Keep up the great video content!
You wouldn't have to wait 6 weeks for that window in Ireland...cheapest is never the best option 👌💯🇮🇪
Buy a rear window wiper delete kit for that fez and get ya fotter to swap it out. Make it look much cleaner and not like someones stole ya wiper blade 👍🏻
Try platelet rich plasma treatment (PRP) for your shoulder.
Re your shoulder Eddie the Beast Hall has had T cell treatment. And his big friend Brian Shaw has recently had some treatment at a very impressive looking facility in the states that might be worth looking up.
Stem cell tech is, uh, “experimental” at best. I’d be concerned at getting that sort of treatment as it will be extremely expensive but also right now there isn’t a lot of evidence from studies to demonstrate positive outcomes. Perhaps in the future, 10-15 years down the line, it will be more reliable…

Yeah my sister did it, very costly. And in the end she had to have a surgery anyway. But I'm sure it works for some people
Hi Dan, give your shoulder a few months rest, give yourself space and time to think, as for loans I'm surprised you haven't spoken with Samuel Leeds.
15:40 you can be a new hero 'Loan Obtainer'
Michael the good sport ❤❤
