I don't think I've seen anyone as humble as Kash, yet with such big dreams. Very inspirational! If you believe it, you can achieve it! If he ever sees this I'd like to remind him to plan for ventilation systems early on to avoid double costs in future. Some rooms are gonna need better airflow and the sooner you plan for that the cheaper in the long run. Good luck!!!

Lawrence, please help him with referral percentages. This is a possible business for him to make a steady income. I am sure he is doing more than finding out which land is for sale. People will take advantage of others' kindness and pure character. He should be aware of this so that he does not remain broke and without financial stability. This is his time and expertise that are being spent. I hope he is being fairly compensated for assisting with others' construction. We all know how expensive construction is. Also being the contractor, foreman, project manager, assistance in finding the land, documents, but most of all, a trusted person and advisor, etc., he is all this wrapped in one person. The wolves in sheep's clothing...👀 Please, please help him!
