Good tbr choices with “1984” and “Animal Farm,” especially “1984,” which I think is one of the best books I’ve ever read. Very scary and very thought-provoking. It’s highly relevant to what’s going on this country right now.

Great video as always. The Cellar is a good Laymon book and his first one he wrote. It's part of a 4 book series but can just be read as a stand alone. My favourite Laymon is Endless Night vintage splatterpunk at it's best. Island is also a great one. For Edward lee I highly recommend Creekers but it's hard to find or The Bighead

That's a lot of great books to read! I finally read 1984 a couple of years ago and found it quiet scary, as some of it is already happening here in the U.S. Good luck on your reading goal!

🦗A lot of great vintage horror in this one! I read Unearthed (which I got from you on Whatnot) and the cover was the best part of that book. I kept waiting for something to happen, it was a let down for me. Great cameo from your daughter!! 🤣🤣haha

Wow, you got a lot of cool vintage books on your tbr.Lately, I've been reading Dean Koontz his older books. I've got them all now, not so much into his newer books than I am his older stuff.

Awesome! I’ve read part of intensity but I haven’t finished it yet. I’d like to read some of his older stuff as well.

I‘m late to the party, had to watch your video today at work. Again, so many interesting books and recommendations. I read the Wasp Factory decades ago and I still think about it from time to time. It’s dark, but really good. I wanted to get the exact same copy of INHERIT THE STARS, but this one is hard to get and (as you said) very expensive. So I bought the the whole Giants-trilogy in one book for a much fairer price. It doesn’t look so good, but at least I can read it one day. And the Outriders cover looks very cool, this is one book that goes directly to my TBR.

Have your wife get you s lavender plant to keep in there, flys hate lavender, or any plant similar with oils in it. A Simple Plan is really good! The Silence was good too! I have wanted to read Wool forever! Love to hear a review from you when you get to it!
