I just bought a similar 8G+128GB Carlinkit Tbox Max for $200 on Amazon for my base radio in the 2018 XLE. I really love that I can put a sim in it or HotSpot it without having to actually connect a phone to it. I really wish the head unit used the armrest USB ports instead of under the dash...having the dumb cable there across the charge-pad where the slider won't close is annoying.

I was considering that same thing for my only issue is buying a whole separate plan or see if you can find a plan that offers mobile hotspot :/ wish there was an option just to use your current phones data just like how you do it for Android Auto or Apple CarPlay and it be just its own separate UI

Hotspot isn’t good enough I think I’ve driven in some places and I had no connection at all ! Maximum I could get is up to 1 or 2 bars

You need to use screen mirroring. Its a setting in your phone turn that on first then turn on mirrorcast in the options. It does only display the same size as your phone screen

Just confirmed on the one car stereo site stated it will only work on 2019 - 2022 Camry.... Not 2018

The problem is for $300 I can buy a screen, TV, iPad and just run an HDMI chord to it in my car and then use Bluetooth for audio. Why so damn much?? 🤔

Uberx and Uber Comfort offer a clean safe ride, and the driver doesn't even get fair compensation for that anymore. Giving passengers extra anything when running at a loss is cuck behavior.

you post some OK videos man, but far too often you don't add links or descriptions to the items you're discussing. this one for example says "I have this device" but there is no name, link, or other description giving ANY indication where to get one or how. Same with TRD wing, and other vids. Without those, you're kind of useless!
