Rara, Tilicho, Phoksundo, Ghodaghodi and Bulbule Taal give a strong competition, the only reason Phewa is most visited is because Rara, Tilicho and Phoksundo have very costly trip and difficult to visit because of their high attitude and poor road service, Bulbule and Ghodaghodi are very far away from capital and don't lie in a metropolitan city, so tourist mostly go to nearest popular destination. Phewas lies in the heart of second most popular and metropolitan city of Nepal, Pokhara. Rara, Tilicho and Phoksundo are the big 3 of Nepal,(Largest, Highest, and Deepest). She-Phoksuno is the deepest lake of Nepal with the highest quantity of water, Tilicho Lake is the highest lake/non-glacial lake in Nepal at the elevation of 4990(not just Nepal but highest non-glacial lake in the entire world), Tsho-Rolpa is the highest glacial lake in Nepal at 4580 m elevation.
