I'm not sure if you guys realize but they were singing + playing the violin. That's a skill on it. Multitasking in that takes a lot of practice especially for harder pieces as your brain has to do a combined effort to do both. That's why in the second song they were not doing so well because they were singing, for the other parts of the song they did how you'd expect.

it is quite the feat, but shouldn’t be too unordinary for instrumentalists at their level. there are those who play for movie studios and they have to be ready to play a piece perfectly at one glance as they literally get one practice run through and after that it’s recording. it’s pretty intense when you’re sight reading at a professional setting, so compared to that this is probably a breeze to them. practice consistently then anyone can do this, too. that’s the message Brett and Eddy has been promoting through their channel since the beginning, and for that it’s why I really support what they’re trying to do through their channel

@@sandrakim9 agree 10000% it is a great skill, and takes a lot of practice, BUT as you say for musicians of their level (ie any 'serious' professional musician), this is expected and the norm. If you have to dep a gig, then you are expected to sightread perfectly, its just expected, and if you don't it reflects badly on the person who you depped - in a lot of session type work, this is how you get 'in', someone you know in that world trusts you and you dep for them, you impress those around you, get the opportunity to dep again and so on and so on until you start getting phone calls to be 1st call... then you rinse and repeat with someone else new giving them the opportunity etc..

I have actually learned a lot and have a newfound appreciation for classical music. Before I discovered twoset, I actually thought classical music was kind of dead! If has touched me beyond belief that it is not, and I am completely blown away by these compositions and the talent in this world yet to be discovered. I was actually a little emotional watching this video. Thank you to twoset for showcasing your talented fans.

I REALLY love how the parts play together right at 8:04, the octave jump is played so well together, the parallel motion works so well, the octave jump gives it a nice tone without being in unison. I don't know what words to use to describe it other than just that it's so well done.

First and foremost, thank you Editor-san for the amazing work on every video. We deeply appreciate you! All the zooms and other editing moments really add to the humor and even understanding of the pieces they play. I love every moment of this, but I died laughing at the emotions and singing in the BubbleTea Waltz. The one after that, Ticking Pizzicato Run, made the violins sound like a ukelele! Brilliant. BFF was truly beautiful and moving. Wonky AF had some Zelda inspiration in there, very nice.
