सन्नी साहब आपका एक जुमला दिल को लग गया। "कुछ नहीं सिखाया इसकी अम्मी ने इसे" ये पति या ससुराल वाले फौरन मां बाप पर आ जाते है। सबा की मम्मी ने बेटी को ये सिखाया कि सबसे पहले अपना घर खरीदना। उनके मार्ग दर्शन की वजह कर आज उसका मुम्बई में दो दो घर है। ऐसा तो ईशा अम्बानी ने भी नहीं किया कि अपने पैसे से घर खरीदा। उसे सजाया संवारा और फिर शादी के बाद उसमे शिफ्ट हो गई। खालिद साहब आप तो मुम्बई मे घर का रेंट देने के काबिल भी नही है। इसलिये प्लीज़ अम्मी पापा तक न पहुंचे।

Since I'm a baker would like to give advice add pinch of cinnamon in your Banana bread and use melted butter instead of soft butter

to avoid getting cracks, use all the ingredients at room temperature...if just 1 ingredients is cold it tends to crack....and after adding dry ingredients don't mix it very aggressively just use folding methods till all ingredients well combined....after putting batter in baking pan don't tap more than 3 times..and while baking don't keep on opening oven till recommended to bake.......i hope this tips will help you next time u bake

For baking mix all the wet ingredients separate and dry ingredients separate. Then put dry ingredients in wet and mix well. Also follow a good recipe . It will turn out better inshaAllah.

Use a skewer to check if it is done or not , toothpick won’t reach the end of the cake. Don’t cut the cake when it is hot , let it cool and then cut . When cakes eaten hot, at that time also it can feel like it’s raw. Let it cool. Once tea cake is out of the oven , with a pastry brush , apply milk. If cake is hot , room temperature milk is fine. If cake is cold, hot milk to be used. That will make your tea cake softer. And this cake looks really nice. For next time , use parchment paper or foil to ripen the banana in the oven so that the banana juice doesn’t ruin the tray and you won’t need to wash one more extra utensil. 🩷 Happy Baking.
