Can I just say I never ever wore lashes until I turned 60 now I need them to just make my eyelashes look like I have mascara on lol the joy of ageing lol

I'm 74 and my lashes have always been short and sparse, so they are practically invisible. I don't like the fake lash look but I may give these a try for a special occasion.

I’ve never tried lashes because the thought of glue put me off, but I want something to bring back my fuller lash look, especially since I wear glasses. I’m excited to try them now.

@@ItsJustLisa Shopping in Target cosmetic section today I noticed they had some lashes that looked like they would appear very natural.

I've tried the Kiss lashes. The first time I applied the liner it was VERY runny and actually got in my eye. Burned a little. So my recommendation is to wipe the applicator on a tissue to remove the excess so it doesn't run into your eyes when you apply.

I wonder why it didn’t leak into her eye, I think maybe you were using too much anyhow, I don’t mind the kiss lashes I just don’t like to wear eyeliner I would rather therapy a more natural lash with no liner. Hopefully they come out with one at some point lol, thanks for sharing your opinion.😊

I’ve been using the Eyelure lashes but after seeing how much easier the Kiss lashes were to remove (and less liner needed) I’m excited to try the Kiss lashes!

I bought them (kiss)thanks to your review. I LOVE THEM! I only use one swipe of liner but I learned you need to shake the bottle well.

Came for lashes and left with a new eye liner, omg thanks so much for the eyeliner recommendation because it is the best liquid I have ever used, always had a hard time and was strictly a kohl liner gal till now.... finally!

I use the magnetic liner. A THICK line, but I let mine dry at least twenty minutes. And then they're perfect! I use the Kiss!

@@MrJellinator yes. But just one good coat. And then a thick line of the magnetic liner. I wait a good twenty minutes and then place the magnetic lashes. I've only had success with the KISS magnetic liner/lashes though. None of the others I've tried were magnetic enough to hold the lashes all day.

I found the style I wanted in the allure and only did one coat. They worked the same. They probably just want you to replace the liner sooner to make more profit....

Glued lashes also "hurt" a bit while removing them...because they were glued on the eyelid..:-)

I used the kiss lashes while I was in chemo and had no lashes of my own. They work great, easy to apply. One note is that if you have hooded lids, as I do, you need to do more than a tight line or there won’t be enough to get good adhesion. Ty for vids. 💕

Great timing. The left eye looks way nicer and more natural. Both pretty though.

For the eylure magnetic liner removal: don’t use oil. It demagnetizes the lashes. Instead, use the Huggies brand simply clean baby wipes to remove the liner from your eyes. It will wipe off with very few passes. It’s also helpful to use a q-tip and rubbing alcohol on the lashes after removal, and before you place them back in the box. That way, they’re sterile and residue free for the next use. The box says eylure magnetic lashes are reusable up to 15 times. If you keep them clean and don’t use oil, there’s no reason why you can’t reuse them beyond 15 wears.

After I seen your video I immediately ordered the Kiss lash set from Ulta and the same day I received Glamnetic lash set in my Boxy Charm subscription. The Kiss lashes beat the Glamnetic lashes by leaps and bounds. Not to mention the price point difference. My Ponds cleansing balm removed the eyeliner like a dream. I am beyond happy. Thank you thank you thank you! I tried the 2 layer magnetic lashes, nearly blinded myself, dropped them on the floor, cat thought they were a spider & tried to eat them so they ended up in the bin! I shall be trying these, have been "visiting" them at Boots ( Wallgreens) but wanted to see someone try them. Great demonstration 😀

I use Glamnetic lashes every day now because they work so well. I don’t even touch mascara and it’s even faster than putting on mascara now. Ulta is starting to sell Glamnetic lashes.

@@karivelikonia805 I hold some cotton rounds soaked with Micellar water on the liner for about 30 seconds and it wipes right off. That's the ONLY way I have found that it comes off nicely.

I've always wanted the option of wearing false lashes, but just couldn't master the application! I finally tried Moxie Lash, and I LOVE them! Same method as the products you reviewed here. Letting the liner dry requires patience, but attaching the lashes is a breeze! These products are game-changers!!!

I bought my first ever false eyelashes. I bought the Kiss liner & lashes # 80364 at CVS for $18. They are subtle, kind of fill out my sparse lashes. I'm 66 and, well mine are just losing length and fullness. I love the Kiss lashes. Very easy to apply and look very nice. Love 'em! Thanks so much for the nudge I needed.

I’m so glad you found success! Both sets look amazing on you and add instant glam and fun! I’ve tried several magnetic lashes including the “sandwich” version and agree the newest versions are so much better. I've always wondered how well those magnet lashes worked. Thanks for the detailed review from putting them on to wearing them and then removing them and the liner. I liked the look of the wispier lashes on your left eye. Very interesting.

Thanks for the info Angie. I have tried for literally decades to apply any sort of false eyelashes without success. I have always wanted to be able to wear them and today - I DID! All day. So thrilled. I bought a brand called Magnetic (black box with a gold crown on) they looked really natural and nice. I am in the UK and I got them here. They were super easy to take off. Clean up was my usual oil cleanser and a school girl flannel, easy peasy! I am a total convert to what I now think of as science lashes. Fabulous!

So cool, magnetic lashes have come a long way in a short time. I have never and probably would never wear false lashes I just don’t like the idea of tugging on my eyelids.

Very helpful, as I have the hardest time applying lashes. I wish there was a company that created a dark brown set. I have long grey hair and I just think I would prefer a softer look on the lash line with having the fullness of the lash with lash extensions.

Drama llama has a dark brown lash and liner. I have been trying to get the free pair but it won't accept my card. I'm pretty sure you can choose glue liner lashes or magnetic liner lashes not sure if the brown comes in both options. It is a subscription that you can't cancel

Thanks so much, Angie. At 69, my lashes have really thinned out. But I have never worn eyeliner on my upper lid because my eyes are so hooded that very little of my movable lid even shows. I would love to see them make the liner in different colors, i.e., a fleshy color? Besides of the fact that I hate to think of what a messy job I would do with that black eyeliner! But this video is very helpful and I might just try the Kiss lashes anyway!

that's something I worry about as I get older too, the droopy lid is creeping up on me. I'm thinking I will eventually use the flesh colored eyelid tape that lifts the droop. It's worth shot right?! If you havent seen it look it up! Angela doesn't need it or I would ask her to demonstrate using those.

I've tried magnetic eyeliner/lashes and I was definitely not impressed at ALL. I'm glad they worked for you, but they did not hold up for an evening's wear when I tried them. They are easy on, but I tried them twice with the same result.

I feel the same way.. I wanted to like them so bad lol. But it's kinda not worth it especially considering how quickly they wear out too! Even if u clean them off it doesnt seem to help the magnets stick better🤷‍♀️.. oh well they're kinda pricey too so guess I'll stick to lash strips!

I use the magnetic lashes for the past ten months. It is great.

This answered my question in general regarding the safety of magnetic lashes so I thought I would add it here, of course others should do their own research: Magnetic eyeliners are designed to help magnetic lashes stay in place while also accentuating their look. These contain FDA-approved ingredients called iron oxides, which are commonplace in cosmetics. Iron oxides are pigment-containing minerals that are small enough to not cause any significant health risks. Although rare, it’s possible for iron oxide to cause allergies. You may be sensitive to iron oxide if you have a history of eczema or contact dermatitis. Consider doing a patch test of magnetic eyeliner on your arm a couple of days before trying it out on your eyes to make sure you’re not allergic. Place a small amount inside your elbow and wait for 24 to 48 hours. If you have a reaction, discontinue use.

Love this video. I am 57 and for the life of me can not apply fake lashes. I have even tried the “sandwich” ones. Maybe this style will work. Only special occasion events though.

I do feel like the formula is safe for use as directed. They use iron oxides which are in many makeup and sunscreen products.

I was so glad to see you try these. I tried some from a different company and they worked one time & the next time they didn’t. I also found it difficult to remove the liner. One of the things I like is that you don’t wear fake lashes because it does change the way eyeshadow looks. I think your natural lashes are great! Thanks 😊

Love the Kiss lashes on you. If I were to use the magnetic eyeliner I'd have it on the hooded part of my eyelid, but I could remove it while the eyeliner dried. So I think I will try the kiss eyelashes. Thanks for this demo. Good info.

How fantastic that you can order magnetic lashes at an affordable price. I remember those sandwich lashes from a few years ago - they were not cheap either. I think I might have them still sitting in the box, what a nightmare those were. I liked the KISS brand a lot on you, looked very natural.

Sephora has the best eye makeup remover on the market. Make Up For Ever brand and it's called Sens'Eyes. I promise it makes removing the liner very easy.

I was totally mystified by these "magnetic" lashes. . . . has just seen the ads, I never use fake lashes either. . . but you cracked me up when they actually worked!!! Kiss Charm Lashes All The Way! It’s an easier application with just one stroke of eyeliner PLUS they look better on you. Prettier, wispier. The Eylure 007 is too heavy. I was a makeup artist for 27 years but I am so behind the times bc I kept telling myself I want to buy these magnetic sandwich lashes but w never got around to it. Evidently. I was hesitant.
